Our connection was intentionally throttled
At first, everything worked perfectly — from the setup to the actual usage. We purchased the Europe Unlimited data plan for 30 days and traveled through Germany, Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. During the first 12 days, everything worked flawlessly.
However, on the way back along the same route, the maximum download speed suddenly dropped to 0.5 Mbit/s, even though 5G was still being displayed. To verify this, we tested another SIM card in the same network, which achieved the normal speeds we had experienced during the first 12 days.
This strongly suggests that our connection was intentionally throttled. Because of this, I can only give 1 star.
For context: after about 20 days of usage, our phone shows a total data consumption of around 80 GB.

When paying with cryptocurrency, it’s important to carefully verify all payment details before sending the transaction. We did not lose your payment — in fact, we never received it.
Cryptocurrency transactions work differently from bank transfers, where a bank or payment system can help locate or reverse a payment. In crypto, transactions follow a smart contract defined in code, so the instructions must be followed precisely.
The tag/memo is part of the required payment details and is always shown on the payment page before the transaction is made, alongside the wallet address. It is not hidden or omitted by our system. You can verify this yourself at any time by opening a new transaction and viewing the payment details (without actually sending the payment).
If the tag/memo is not included, the transaction cannot be properly credited to the recipient account.
If you are not fully confident using cryptocurrency, we recommend choosing a payment method you are more familiar with to avoid such issues in the future.
