Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience using the YEEP locker in Hatfield.
The customer service was extremely disappointing. When the locker failed to work, I was treated as though the problem was my fault rather than a technical issue. It took an entire week before I was finally able to collect my parcel.
I sincerely appreciate the efforts of the CEO and Gerardo Brogna, the Supply Chain Manager, who personally helped resolve the issue. Without their support, I'm not sure the problem would have been solved.
However, the whole experience was incredibly stressful. I spent a week making phone calls, sending emails, travelling to the locker multiple times, and repeatedly checking whether it would finally work. It was a significant waste of my time and energy.
The app is, unfortunately, one of the least functional applications I have used. In my opinion, the entire system requires substantial engineering improvements, as it appears unreliable in many aspects.
I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I hope this feedback helps the company improve its service and prevent other customers from going through the same experience.

Sold an item on vinted, had to send via DPD/Yeep lockers - parcel has magically disappeared from the locker - no customer service whatsoever! Item was worth £90 and they apparently can't trace it 🤔! This is the second time my items have 'disappeared' in these lockers. Absolute joke, I will never use DPD or Yeep again. Thieves

I recently ordered an item from an online retailer and noticed that a newly installed local Yeep! Locker was available as a click & collect option. My parcel was shipped with DPD and to my surprise, was delivered to the locker the very next day.
I’ve experienced issues in the past with DPD not delivering parcels to Yeep! Lockers, so I was pleased to see everything worked exactly as it should this time. Hopefully any previous issues have now been resolved.
I received a QR code from DPD, arrived at the locker, pressed the “Wake Me Up” button, scanned the QR code and the locker opened straight away. The whole collection process was effortless and worked perfectly.
A great experience this time around, and I really hope this level of service continues. I’d happily use Yeep! Lockers again.

I would give no stars if I could, the whole process is totally frustrating and I will not be using again.
No customer service.
Machine is slow and delivery even slower, its been 3 weeks and buyer has still not received their order and it seems there is little I can do about it.
Utterly frustrating.

Appalling!!! Locker trapped my parcel. After weeks of back and forth with yeep they tried to pie me off to DPD (who weren’t even able to collect the parcel as the locker cancelled the order after it was already inside). They basically gave me the same stupid spiel on repeat. So unhelpful. Asked them to send someone out and they ignored the request. Absolute waste of time do NOT use them

Sent an item via a YEEP locker. No confirmation code, the item was left in there for over 2 weeks. Had a knock on effect, meaning Vinted cancelled my order, and lost the money and the item. DO NOT USE

Have not been issued a code to collect the item delivered to one of Yeep's lockers. Nobody in the chain (Currys, DPD, Yeep) has any interest in attempting to remedy this situation (I don't want to wait for a refund that might never arrive, I want the goods I've paid for).
Seems like an excellent racket for stealing people's parcels, but not a functional drop-off point.

DO NOT use Yeep to return parcels. I had the most frustrating experience. To simply deposit the parcel in the locker took me around 40 min and I had to even ask a passer by if they could help and they also felt it was extremely difficult. However I managed, but I have received no confirmation or receipt to say it had been deposited. As a result the company I was trying to return the goods to, have said they haven't received the items and are now trying to charge me. The parcel seems to have gone missing. So it is looking like I will be £98 out of pocket with nothing to show for it, if the matter doesn't get resolved. It is absolutely scandalous!! The Yeep App is rubbish!! Just to point out I use lockers to send parcels constantly and have NEVER had any problems whatsoever and the process with these other locker systems are super quick and convenient!!

awful, do not use. parcel was delivered but i wasnt sent the collection code. impossible to get in contact

I was concerned using these lockers given the reviews. However I’ve had no issues with using the YEEP Lockers. Sent off my parcel yesterday using UPS and it’s been picked up the following day. Quick and easy to use.

Don`t trust your parcels into the care of a Yeep locker especially if it`s scanned with a QR code! I`ve posted two items using the QR provided and they`ve been lost, I can`t get anyone at Yeep and DPD who are their partners don`t want to know so that`s me out of pocket by nearly £400.
I`ve given this one star as there wasn`t the option for zero stars

This is the worst, most glitch, unreliable app I have ever incurred. I am in SW London, but if its app is to be believed I have tried to drop my parcel in Warsaw and Kent today. Nothing is clear, the locker turns itself off mid attempt to decipher. Bar code readers don't work. And then you get a locker the size of a postage stamp before finally being able to return an item. Avoid if you can help it, although I was forced to use this by UPS (I used to drop them in the shop opposite) this damned machine

Locker door wouldn’t open. Panel on the lockers asks for a PIN which I’ve never had. Customer service is nonexistent and simply refers you to the retailer (Amazon, in this case). UPS are little better. App won’t delete the parcels; just locks up. Will avoid like the plague in future. Expect it’s run on the cheap.

App crashes as soon as you click 'send parcel' have re installed with no luck. Required a 30 minute journey elsewhere to undertake simple return to a store.
Would not recommend or use in future.

Do not use Yeep lockers at Llanrhidian Cross garage. Apparently they are jammed with parcels stuck inside!!

Used for delivery of 2 items both on vinted and both are delayed after 2 weeks of dropping off

I dropped my parcel off on the 6th of June at 1:01 pm I took video and picture evidence of me doing this and now the item is stuck in the locker and nobody is able to help me.
you cannot even contact anyone from yeep locker to get help. don’t trust this company, don’t trust these lockers no one will help you something goes wrong

Package got stuck in a yeep locker. DPD unable to open in without the sender doing something. No way of contacting Yeep whole blame DPD. Avoid!

Reply from Yeep!
Avoid at all costs. App is dreadful. My parcel is now locked in a locker with no access to it. I have not been able to get a receipt from the company to confirm it’s been deposited despite asking for one through their app. Now, UPS are being difficult about the parcel with no receipt. Please do not use.

Absolutely waste of time. Don't honestly bother with them. I had a phone I need to send back to my insurers and they wanted me to use this service. Most lockers are either broken or faulty. I scanned my barcode it opened a draw for me. Normally you just shut it and it's done. But it kept asking me if I wanted a S,M,L or XL locker even after I shut mine. There was no finished button no acknowledgement of them taking it. I'm glad I didn't walk away as only buttons I had the choice to press is M for medium locker and another one came open 🤷 my locker was shut no acknowledgement of them having it and now I'm thinking this hadn't worked. I kept pressing the button as I'm quite savvy to these things and luckily the draw came back open. I could of left , and definitly leaving a +£1100 phone in there for someone else to get hold off!! It's so hard to report a fault with them too!
This was at Wokingham Rose street
I also tried a shop that company said they take in. Was false .. they didn't at all. Then went to Two other lockers around the town BOTH completely dead , didn't matter how many times you press the "wake me up" I also tried at the DPD depot kept reading barcode error although rest of them was fine reading it before .. WASTE OF TIME!!
Inpost are the far best locker system I have ever came across least they say thank you for your order unlike yours and even offer a receipt of recieving !!
I will avoid these in the future!!
