Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Terrible service!!!!!
Dropped off a high value package at one of the lockers but I received no confirmation or receipt that I had done so. Emailed twice with no communication. Now DPD can't find the package.

I would pick no stars if possible. There were no confirmation text when I deposited a parcel in a locker. The website is AI so I am left with absolutely no idea where my parcel is. Dreadful company - will advise not to use them in future in

My parcel was delivered to a locker, but I never received any notifications or the code needed to open it. I contacted customer service, and they’re still looking into the issue. I wouldn’t recommend using this locker service; I’d suggest choosing a more reliable option instead.

My parcel was delivered to a locker near Patchway that did not generate a code or QR code. It was returned, and I had to call the sender's customer service to sort it out!!!!!!!!! No tracking or any notifications of the whereabouts of my parcel.

Used these lockers for the first time to post a Vinted parcel via DPD, no issue scanning at a locker but it didn’t issue me with any sort of receipt and within three days it completely went missing in the system. I was able to post this without a label, and I suspect they didn’t add the label on their end!
Weeks later the parcel hasn’t moved, and it’s been difficult to report as a lost item. I will never use these lockers again and have had to remove this as a postage option now! Hoping this saves someone else the ordeal - AVOID!!!

Pretty much the same experience as many others on here. UPS have delivered my parcel to a YEEP locker, apparently. No 6 digit code received, so cannot pick up. Parcel has been in the locker coming up for 3 days!!
Contacted the retailer, UPS and YEEP. YEEP say to contact UPS and UPS say contact YEEP. WTF.
If I don’t pick by the end of the day 24th July I won’t be able to and will miss the pick up deadline of 28th July as I won’t be in the country.
Absolutely incredible in this day and age!!!
Again like others I would have left zero stars if there was an option.
Extremely poor and really disappointing.

DPD app has told me that it was deposited into the locker but I have not received the pin for the locker i am getting very frustrated and its causing me severe distress, these lockers don't work and need to be removed.

You find the big green locker eventually and then the whole process makes you as mad as the incredible hulk. You find you can't scan the UPS barcode directly so you have to download the app. Once you have done this and scanned the barcode the app will refuse to acknowledge your location stood by the locker. When it eventually does, you'll go round and round in circles of the app being unable to connect to the locker. After 20 minutes you'll eventually give up after you realise it would be quicker to start your own locker company than continue with this green monstrosity.

Abysmal company, I've just experienced what many have written about below, I've had a parcel get delivered to one of their lockers by UPS with no QR code or pin received to actually open the locker and collect it! The fact the companies are still using this as a delivery option is beyond me! They have no contact info on their website to resolve the issue simply pointing you to the courier and just getting yoyo'd back and forth between the 2, I think I will be writing an article about this company because clearly this is malpractice and this type of experience is clearly the rule rather than the exception so will receive no grace!

Not sure why giving 1 star is an option to be honest.
1. Pin code doesn't work
2. QR code doesn't scan
3. Outsourced customer service who can literally do nothing to help
4. 24/7 available lockers with Monday-Friday helpline
Why does this company exist?
The Hermes/Evri of postal lockers. Stick to InPost

Wouldn’t even give them 1 star!
Lockers will let you out your items in then, you get no confirmation email. You can not contact yeep you have to contact the carrier. They do not update information so the carrier can come out & collect. My 4 parcels have been sitting in Yeep lockers for 4 days now & no sign of anything happening. AVOID THESE LOCKERS

Absolutely dreadful and awful business model, just parring off all the complaints and support to the couriers which obviously have an internal contact to Yeep.
Purposely used Yeep as my parcel would arrive faster which it did but NO PIN was ever provided. Reaching out to courier for a pin has ended up taking longer than the other delivery options DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
17/07/2026 - YEEP! Did reach out and details have been sent yet no response received from their team trying to assist with retrieving the pin. Called UPS for further details just to be told wait another 24 hours for them to send the pin. ABSOLUTE JOKE, I would have better chance getting my package by just typing random PIN codes until it’s correct.

I deposited a parcel into a YEEP locker a full week ago, and it still has not been collected. More importantly, there seems to be no one I can actually contact about this issue.
The YEEP website tells customers to contact DPD, but DPD customer service keeps passing the responsibility around and only advises me to fill out a form and wait for an investigation. In reality, I strongly suspect that my parcel is still sitting inside the locker.
Throughout this entire process, I have received no emails, no receipt, no confirmation, and no meaningful updates whatsoever. There has been absolutely no feedback from anyone.
At this point, all I want is to get my parcel back from the locker, but nobody seems willing to help or even respond.

Monika visited our site to carry out the survey for the YEEP locker. She was friendly, helpful and explained everything clearly. She found the best location for the locker and made the whole process easy.

Amazing support from Garry the BDM
For getting everything up and running for me

Very similar experience to someone else on here. I had a very expensive parcel ring to send back to the store. I put it in the locker, only for the locker to say transaction cancelled and the locker shut down - with my parcel LOCKED in there. I am now having to wait for DPD to sort this issue as YEEP has simply said it is nothing to do with them / yet it’s their locker malfunctioning… never ever had this issue with InPost.

Asked to send a trade in kindle pack.to Amazon via Yeep locker. No idea how to use them. Downloaded app. Managed to deposit parcel..eventually. Advised would get a receipt for deposit. Thzt never came. according to app its still waiting for collection 3 days later.
Get an email.from amazon to say
item had been received . Clearly the app is useless.woukd be very reluctant to use this method again.

Need to be seriously sorted out, especially when InPost works so well! Had a UPS parcel delivered to a Yeep locker but no code sent to me for collection from Yeep. UPS are currently trying to sort it for me but getting no response from Yeep!

Absolutely shocking these lockers are allowed to operate. Tried to return a ring I’d bought via this locker was it was advertised to be able to send parcels this way. Did everything as instructed until it came up transaction cancelled and never gave me my parcel back - the locker then shut down. No customer service to contact either. Avoid like the plague.
