Yeep! is a shared parcel locker network used by major delivery companies to offer a convenient alternative to home delivery. When you choose a locker delivery or return option, your carrier, such as DPD or UPS, manages your parcel, including shipping, tracking and notifications. Yeep! provides the locker infrastructure — a secure place for parcels to be collected or returned — and you collect or return your parcel using a 6 digit PIN or QR code at a time that suits you. Please note: Yeep! does not deliver parcels or manage shipments directly. If you need help with tracking, delays, or missing items, your carrier is usually best placed to assist. What makes Yeep! different is that we operate a carrier-neutral locker network used by multiple delivery companies. Our lockers are 100% battery- and solar-powered, designed for lower environmental impact, and our rapidly growing UK network is focused on making parcel collection and returns more flexible. In simple terms, the carrier delivers and manages the parcel, Yeep! provides the locker, and the customer collects or returns it. We’re proud to support a more flexible and sustainable way to send, collect and return parcels.

Absolute nightmare. No clear instructions for what to do . Bar code scanner didn't work despite repeatedly scanning code. No PIN code sent via email. No instructions sent via email. No customer service team available to help. No refund option. B*gger all in fact. My partner and I literally 3 or 4 hours already trying to sort this out before giving up -- I'm now going to pay twice over now for Royal Mail. But it will be worth every penny to avoid this NIGHTMARE. Posting a parcel should NOT be this complicated!!!!!! Save yourself a major headache, aggro and stress -- avoid if you want to stay sane!

I would rate zero stars if I could. Please don’t use Yeep, it’s rubbish. I’ve put my parcel in the locker and as soon as I closed the compartment the locker crashed and I was left with no confirmation and the parcel is now missing! No customer service to contact either. Been using InPost lockers successfully for ages so expected this to be similar. Absolutely not, this one is a joke!!!

Terrible service all round. App doesn't work, QR doesn't scan, pin not received, no customer support. Absolutely terrible, 0/5 stars for this broken service. Despite trying and standing at a yeep locker for nearly an hour on the phone to UPS, the outcome was that i was unable to ship my parcel, and a UPS collection at my expense was the only option.

There is a Yeep locker near me. For sending I have tried to use it FIVE times and each time it has failed. I recently had a parcel returned which I had sent from a post office to a yeep locker for pick up but the delivery to the locker failed. Do any of them actually work?

No code was generated by yeep so parcel is stuck in locker and I cannot retrieve it.
My tracking id just says to collect and show id but how can I show id to a collection locker???
Also no number or way to contact yeep so I’ve just left my parcel in there to be returned back to sender.

I wasn't sent an access code to collect my parcel. DPD helpline 01782 957 360 said that their driver had loaded the parcel incorrectly and the only resolution was for them to return it to the Seller.
All very frustrating because the parcel was originally due to be sent to my home. Because I wouldn't be in, redirecting to the locker in the same street seemed to be the convenient option. Very inconvenient for me and the Seller.

First time using Yeep, the one in earlswood station, redhill. Scanned the parcel, door opened, put the parcel inside and closed it, screen says order cancelled but i cannot open the locker anymore. Now a month later and DPD still doing the investigation. That parcel is worth £600 and they cannot find it anymore. What a scam.

I sold an item on Vinted, and went to use the Yeep! Locker to drop off my parcel. Took forever for the QR scanner thing to work. After I placed my item in the compartment, it closed but there was no confirmation, only asking me if I needed another size or to cancel. So I selected another compartment size and put my parcel in there. It gave me the same options, no confirmation, no tracking updated, nothing. I wanted to retrieve my parcel so I pressed cancel, at that point the machine just stopped working entirely, blank screen on the keypad, no noises when you press the buttons, door not opening etc. A DPD driver pulled up and we both tried to sort it out, but we didn't have any luck. Also tried using the app, but it wouldn't accept the tracking info Vinted had given me. All this hassle for a £1 item bruh 😭

Absolutely useless. Never registered my parcel. No way to contact anyone. App is even worse. DO NOT USE YEEP! Should be destroyed honestly
Terrible !
I had to go to two different lockers in two different locations as the QR code was not working and they do not send a code in replacement. Finally when QR code worked at the second location, the door opened for me to put my parcel in and then the screen went right, so I shut the door. I did not receive no notification or confirmation.
Trying to return a parcel via UPS. First set of lockers was not recognised on the app. Second set of lockers would not detect my phone. Thankfully found a UPS collection store around the corner. I am amazed that DPD and UPS have gone all in with Yeep, when inpost is so much better as it actually works!
Rubbish, don’t use it. I can't get to my parcel, ups, no response, yeep, blames everything on the ups, the only solution is probably to go get the parcel with a crowbar
Parcel dropped off on the 15th of May in one of their crappy lockers and is still stuck in there contacted DPD whose equally as useless Indian call centre have no clue how to resolve. Just avoid this tinpot amateur attempt at parcel lockers and use drop off shops or post office.
Not worth one star. Cant work out how to return my UPS parcel, really complicated. After 20 mins giving up. Btw I find Inpost extremely easy to use!
If I had seen this review earlier, I wouldn't have put the parcel in that locker. The parcel has been stuck inside for 7 days, and it doesn't look like DPD will be able to sort it out for a long time. Avoid
Absolutely awful! Locker was clearly full the first time they tried to deliver and they never tried again - on the UPS tracking the parcel shows as being returned but on the store website it shows as successfully delivered. Now I have to resolve this and I can't even re-order my items as they're all now out of stock. Thanks but no thanks I'll stick to InPost and Royal Mail as they aren't completely useless!
I purchased an item which the seller has placed into a Yeep locker for collection by DPD.
DPD informed me 3 weeks ago that the Yeep locker is broken and my parcel is stuck inside. DPD said that Yeep were aware of the faulty locker but couldn’t/wouldn’t give a time frame for it to be fixed.
I find this complete lack of service from Yeep unacceptable-they are incredibly difficult to contact and very poor to respond. Do not use!!!
This was an absolute disaster. I was trying to send an envelope via UPS Priority International to the US for official forms that were time sensitive. The nearest UPS collection point was the Yeeps locker in Newmarket. The address for the locker was incorrect, meaning I interrupted some office workers who were able to point me in the right direction. The initial user experience once I finally found the locker was difficult, and I work in Tech so can only marvel at how non-technical people manage it. You have to download an app and create an account, then enter the 18 digit UPS tracking number multiple times because the Bar Code reader in the Yeeps app reads a completely different number. Yeeps then opened the largest locker for my tiny envelope. It took 4 days and many escalations for UPS to show the collection of my envelope from the Yeeps locker, and it still hasn't reached its final destination 7 days later. I'll never use Yeep Lockers again, nor UPS.
Avoid!
1st delivery notification arrived late and item had already been returned.
Went to dispatch a parcel, told me locker was open which it wasn't and then couldn't get any further.
YEEP pass off customer enquiries to their own lockers to the carriers? How is it the carrier’s responsibility! YEEP place them there, RIGHT!?
The Didcot locker that’s meant to be located on the industrial park outside motor parts direct, what3words location: ///greeting.quite.scorecard
DOES NOT EXIST!!! THERE IS NO LOCKER THERE. THE PEOPLE IN THE STORE LOOKED AT ME LIKE I WAS INSANE! No wonder nobody has heard of YEEP! The lockers are mythical!
