From my first engagement with Zinzan the level of professionalism and customer service has been five star. The whole team were engaging and extremely helpful. With order selection and delivery.
I have to be honest an say I made an error on the measurement on the furniture i ordered but the support I got in regards to reslecting and returning my original order was made so easy and fluid.
From my first click on the web site till delivery the Zinzan team were with me every step of the way with seamless customer service.
They have delivery the best customer engagement I have seen in a long time and will be recommending them to my own clients, friends and family.

Overall a five star service, which I will be using again.

Helpful and quick delivery

We ordered stools, with free shipping. Our order form stated that we had free shipping.
Two days later we get an email saying our stools were ready for pick up.
I had to explain to a few people we had free shipping.
After some hassle, someone read the order correctly and got our stools to us.
Other than that we are happy with the product that we purchased from you.

Bought an Eileen Gray side table. Really great quality. Very quick delivery, too. It arrived within one day of ordering. Will definitely use Zinzan again.

Placed the order on Monday mid-day and had the chairs delivered
Lunchtime Wednesday, 2 days later to Drogheda.

Prompt delivery

Great chairs with vibrant colours and super fast delivery!

Delivery was late, I had to carry the boxes myself.
The forniture required assembling even if not specified non website (while it was specified for other similar pieces)
So I spent 30€ for a late delivery that didn't delivered to the floor and that with the right information I would have avoid as I could carry everything with. Y car.
I contacted the delivery company and I've been told that there are no costumer care, I've tried to contact the shop but I'm still awaiting for an answer.

Lovely chairs for the price, and excellent customer service

Very good service. No problems at all. Probably a bit awkward to have to collect items rather than delivery but they held it for me until it was suitable to collect.
