Quick response and delivery of great products 👍

Very friendly and easy communication. I was able to customize my own rack so it fits perfectly into my space! The whole process was uncomplicated, and delivery was also really fast. Even though I could only choose one color (the others were not available for customization), I’m very happy with the end result.

The ordering process was straightforward and very quick. And although the item was custom-made, it was delivered very quickly. We were aware of the rustic look and that's exactly what we wanted. So everything was great.

Price and quality don’t match. The drawer units don’t seem any better than what you get at Ikea or Jysk. The back panels sit loosely in the grooves and rattle every time a drawer is opened or closed. And because the drawer unit is only mounted with brackets in the middle, it tilts slightly when using the drawers, which causes even more rattling from the loose back panel. The laminated surfaces neither look nor feel like real wood, and the included instructions are extremely poor — the same goes for the videos linked via the QR codes.
It took a week from ordering to shipping, but customer service deserves credit for responding quickly and politely. They did the same when a part for the drawer unit arrived damaged, which pulls my rating a bit upwards.

Wrong color delivery

I ordered the Joey frame in black. The package arrived very well packaged. Assembly was very easy. The product is very well made and looks great.

I first ordered the big frame which was too big for my place - return and refund were easy - the new, smaller frame (Georgia) came promptly and it's perfect. Easy to assemble and it looks stunning.
