Just received my replacement filters and cooker hood light bulbs. Only three days after ordering them. Items look in perfect condition.
Easy to use website and wide range so that you can match the item to your exact model if appliance. I have bought from Cooker Hood Filters over the last nine years and always very efficient service.
They also sell replacement parts for other household items.

Cooker Hood filters are an excellent company. I needed replacement parts for my Bosch integrated extractor. They provided me with the exact fitting plastic light panel cover. Very reasonable price and fast delivery. Their customer service team are so helpful, in particular Rio, who advised me on the correct part

Orders are always delivered promptly after ordering.

They sent me two different filter sizes. They did resend the correct size, however now they insist I return the incorrect item, but the link they re sending me won't let me create a label.
They're insisting I send the incorrect item back. The customer service agent was not very pleasant.

Still waiting for an order worth £35.00. Ordered Royal Mail 2-3 days shipping , this was 9 days ago. Royal mail tracking number hasn’t even been uploaded for me to track via the “shop app” which still says “waiting for details” - when researched this means it hasn’t been dispatched from the seller yet. I paid extra for this shipping method as I am in need of the product urgently. I have emailed the contact form , no response.
Will most likely be asking for a refund if still not got in the next few days.

Good quality, ordered to replace Samsung hood, replacement sent was almost identical! Delivery was fairly quick too!

I ordered mesh for my hood. Recived poor quality product. But anyway it may work. After 2 weeks use we noticed dripping fat as mesh not hold it. So we contact seller. On first they ask for model so we give details. Then its funny as they told i need buy carbon filter from them (we got replaced 2 months ago) instead of focus on mesh what they sold. They will not help. They will try blme you if you got any complaint.
Biggest deal mesch cost a lot and if put on top lil more money you can get genuine one.

They in answer ask to contact by form. I already did before made that comment . And bcoz we feel like been tricked we made that comment.

This company helped me sorting our the correct filter for an new appliance at a very good price.

I needed charcoal filters for a new cooker hood, but couldn't find the correct ones despite trying various websites.
Rio, at Cooker Hood Filters spent quite a long time identifying some that would be compatible for my hood and I'm pleased to say that the fitted perfectly!
I'm very impressed by the service provided and will certainly use this company in the future.

Had an initial problem finding the right filter to fit my cooker hood as the ones I ordered (based on my cooker hood model number) didn't fit despite the website suggesting they are compatible with that model number. Rio in Customer Service found alternative filters that fitted and offered a small discount on the replacements.

Got off to a bit of a rocky start as the filters which were supposed to fit my extractor fan didn’t! However, customer service bent over backwards to help me out - sorting out the right sized ones for my hood fan and making sure I knew how to send the wrong ones back. The new ones fit perfectly! I was unsure as to what filter I required as the model was not listed. After emailing, I had a very quick response where I was asked questions regarding the existing filter. Where upon they were able to identify one that would be suitable. This arrived within a couple of days and fitted perfectly. Brilliant service thank you.

Excellent customer service who went out of their way to find me a replacement filter for my unnamed appliance. We did not succeed in the end - my filter is no longer manufactured, but it wasn't for want of trying. Highly recommend.
