Second pair of glasses are not straight. Make me dizzy to wear them. I contacted them to let them know they only sent me and email with a video for “fixing it” myself.

Ordered glasses and when I received…
Ordered glasses and when I received them something wasn’t right with the lenses. Could only return them for store credit after it taking them so long to finally send me the authorization form. While waiting for this credit to be applied to my account I had another pair of glasses in my cart and also had a birthday reward of $30 to use toward these. I applied this to my cart and the very next day my store credit was ready to use but the birthday reward was removed by Zenni!!!! They would not put it back in there but miraculously after I placed my order it was showing on my account again. So they removed it so I couldn’t use it and after they got their additional money aside from the store credit they gave it back. I will NEVER purchase from them again. Too many other online companies to use for people to keep getting ripped off by Zenni Optical!!!! Buyer BEWARE

I love my sun glasses that I ordered. Unfortunately the AI picture of the regular glasses that I ordered did not show the appropriate size on my face. The glasses are way too big for the size of my face and I fear I just wasted a bunch of money on glasses I’ll never wear.

Easy to work with
So, initially I ordered one pair - and it did not look right. I thought there was something wrong with them, so Zenni kindly sent me a replacement frame. It was exactly the same, so I chose not to keep them. They gave me store credit which I promptly received after returning the 1st pair (which they made very easy to do). I was able to get a different pair, which I absolutely love. Lenses are nice and clear, they fit really well, no adjustments needed on arrival. Very easy to work with Zenni. This is easily my 10th pair of glasses and I don't plan to purchase elsewhere anytime soon.

They are always very understanding and have been great with helping with credits. You don't know what your actually getting til you get it and they have been great about my returns. They are not a scam and will actually work with you if you are unhappy about what you received. The prices are GREAT even with my progressive lenses and the quality if very nice.
