Easy to work with
So, initially I ordered one pair - and it did not look right. I thought there was something wrong with them, so Zenni kindly sent me a replacement frame. It was exactly the same, so I chose not to keep them. They gave me store credit which I promptly received after returning the 1st pair (which they made very easy to do). I was able to get a different pair, which I absolutely love. Lenses are nice and clear, they fit really well, no adjustments needed on arrival. Very easy to work with Zenni. This is easily my 10th pair of glasses and I don't plan to purchase elsewhere anytime soon.

They are always very understanding and have been great with helping with credits. You don't know what your actually getting til you get it and they have been great about my returns. They are not a scam and will actually work with you if you are unhappy about what you received. The prices are GREAT even with my progressive lenses and the quality if very nice.

I bought a pair of glasses that became scratched after only about a month, despite being kept in their case when not in use. I contacted the company to report the issue, but I never received a response. I chose to buy from them because their advertising featured an "optometrist," which gave me confidence in the quality of their products.

Educate your customers on progressive…
Educate your customers on progressive lenses that the taller the lens the more area of you will be able to see through for short medium and far distances. Even though I bought the premium progressive lenses the width of view through the lenses is not very wide.

Shipping took over a month so 3 stars. The checkout process was simple and same with selecting frames and adding my prescription. My only additional complaint is that the lens options are not adequately explained and often default to the more expensive option.

Good for the price.
The selection and price of the sunglasses is amazing. When I had an issue with my frame breaking, they were quick to replace it.
However, the quality was not as good as I thought it would be. My lenses easily pop out when I'm slightly adjusting the frame or nose piece. I dropped my glasses from a low height, and the frame broke right by the screw.

LENS COATINGS FAIL, NO ONE CARES
I've been purchasing glasses from Zenni since 2014, when I was an American living in Australia. I've bought from them regularly, and they've generally been good quality. However they've now sent me two pair of glasses that are substandard.
I have a fairly high-power prescription for nearsightedness, and I value the very thin lenses and always have them made with all the different lens coatings. However in the last two order, the lens coatings no longer adhere well to the glass, and begin to wear and fall off. This mostly makes the lenses unusable.
The shocking part of this whole story is the Zenni response to these well-documented (with photos) complaints. They've completely ignored me. I've even emailed the complaints to senior management including Julia Zhen, Duc Hang, Rob Tate, and Steven Liem. Silence. Apparently they've gotten too big now to even deal with manufacturing issues. No more Zenni's for us.

Great option for stylish, inexpensive glasses. I've bought everything from normal progressive lens every day glasses to Gen S transition cycling glasses and have been happy with the quality. Highly recommend using Zenni for any non-insurance eyeglass purchases. Even had to reach out for a pair that I broke in a cycling crash and they took care of me and went above and beyond in helping me.

My refund was also automatically applied through store credit since I wasn’t able to return for a refund within the time period. Zenni is also cheaper than most sites and has better discounts.

The prescription was way off
The prescription was way off. After spending $180. I can't even see out of my brand new glasses. Just spend a little more and know what you are getting is correct.
