Terrible service and total lack of morals. They advertised a special price for Titleist prov1 golf balls. I placed an order, made payment and received order confirmation with pick up date. XXL later informed me they chose not to sell the golf balls to me as they were "out of stock". However, they still advertise the same items a week later but with a higher price. Of course all their communications come from no reply sources.

28.5 about 16.45 hrs. I arrived at XXL MYLLY very interested in buying a bike for my daughter. Immediately, I walked straight to the cashier's workers because of my lack of time and poor knowledge about what bicycles I could buy. There were two people on the register. The lady told me to go straight to the bike's department; there were three guys. Patiently, I waited until I saw the bicycles by myself, but no one of the three sellers asked me if I needed some help in my search. The situation was that nobody came to offer help, so I needed to return one more time to the register desk and say to the lady that none of the three guys wanted to do their job, "customer service." It was actually frustrating to walk around them and feel ignored by them. Later, I noticed I needed a pickup number to be attended, but it was the same problem. The customer service desks were empty; there wasn't even a soul that could come say hello and ask me if I needed some help. After long waiting without a queue to wait, I decided to go back to the cashier and tell her how disappointed I was about the lack of interest in selling something in that empty store that wasn't in their busy hours. So many workers don't care about customer satisfaction. It's so incredible to lose one potential customer because your workers ignore me. Finally, I got extraordinary customer service at⭐BITELMA, ⭐⭐Rasio.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I bought a new bike for my daughter. 

I received a tent that did not look like new. Colours looked a bit faded, the core was visible on one guy line and some of the material was brittle. The labels also looked like this. I then returned the tent. Unfortunately, no refund was made even after 2 weeks. The support via email and chat was not helpful and put the responsibility on the payment service provider. After both the payment service provider (who had not received any information about the whole transaction from XXL) and my bank were involved, something moved and I got my money back after 3 weeks. Not sure if they have issues with their system or their staff, but I will definitely avoid this shop in future.

Delivery was a bit funky. Package got split into two and one package arrived like a week later than the other. Minus point because delivery wasn’t as fast as they say it should be. Altogether around 2 weeks total. I returned one of the items I ordered and I got the money paid out just fine. Would definitely order again. I also had contact to customer service and had a pleasant experience.

Ordered most of my Christmas gifts from them. What a mistake I made! Customer service communication was unfriendly, unsympathetic and the most inefficient I have ever experienced. After much back and forth, they disclosed the package left the warehouse without a label. Then I was offered the opportunity to send the package again (which means it wouldn't make it before Christmas). I opted for that anyway so at least they arrived. Turns out they can no longer fulfill the order after sitting on this issue and not taking swift action for their mistake! I'm now waiting for a refund and looking for a new sportswear outfitter. Writing emails to them prior to and on Christmas day (missing gifts), was really a great end to 2020.

Dont order from here is you want to wait a month for your package with a promised delivery from 2-6 working days

My experience with XXL Sports so far is wonderful. I bought Ice Hockey shoes from them. Also, I bought winter shoes from them.

Customer service is also wonderful.
