Bonbiani withholding refund on Out of Stock items billed customer
My most recent order was not sent complete. But, rather than refund the item that was out of stock, they are insisting on issuing a credit.
I want a refund as the item was shorted.
It was not returned nor am I asking for an exchange. The item was NEVER SHIPPED as it was out of stock.
As such I must be refunded the amount on my credit card.
I wanted that specific item not any other…
I have requested to speak with management directly and asked for a phone number and have not been given the option to discuss.
I’ve placed many orders with them with no issues.
This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
They are forcing me to spend additional on items I do not necessarily want or need and now pay shipping which is almost the cost of my out of stock item.

I had a great experience with them making around 5 orders in the space of a year. But saw an article to say that the Viennese company went bankrupt 29th Jan and 9 staff were affected. A receiver hadn’t yet been appointed. That might explain the recent issues reported with orders, returns and refunds - no one is there anymore to respond unless the receiver does something once appointed.

Unreliable store
In this particular store I placed an order with a number FUVNIVMQB.
I was contacted by e-mail in order to have a product removed. Until then, communication was fine. They removed the product(191€) they sent me the order and when I asked him to refund me then no answer in all my e-mails. Obviously this is an online store that relies on stealing as much as it can from its customers. Tragic service and I reserve all my legal rights in order to receive the amount of money they owe me.

Untrustworthy company
Bambinifashion has confirmed the receipt of the return, but after waiting for more than 1 month, there is still no refund. I tried sending 2 mails to them via hello@bambinifashion, but after a week, there is still no reply. It feels like an untrustworthy company.
Store Credit Unusable and No Customer Service Response – Very Disappointing Experience
I received my store credit after two months of waiting, but unfortunately, I’m unable to use it. The website appears to be either under maintenance or simply not functioning, as all product categories show a message stating "no products" available. This has been the case for quite some time now.
I have reached out to customer service multiple times over the past two weeks, but have received no response. This is highly frustrating and concerning, especially considering that the moment I received my store credit, the purchasing options on the website were disabled.
It feels almost suspicious that after I was given credit to spend, the website suddenly became inaccessible for any purchases. I would appreciate immediate clarification on this matter and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I hope they will respond and assist with providing a solution or explanation.

Dreadful Return Experience...Never Again
I always had a great experience purchasing kids clothes from Bambini fashion. However, this time I bought from the newly introduced womens range. Unfortunately, I personally didn't think the item was of good quality and decided to return it. Bambini Fashion issued an email to select store credit / refund on 20th January - I selected refund. It's now the 17th February, my chaser emails are not being answered, and no sign of my refund.
