Good aftersale and troubleshooting!...ordered the seat for my wife's new bicycle..placing the order was absolutely no problem. But probably because of the holidays I didn't receive anymore info about the shipment (or at least not directly) reported it to customerservice got an immediate reaction from Lisa @ the customerservice and after looking in to my order everything started going uphill. The product came and the pack is awesomely packed in a closed bag with a lot of extra goodies (reflectors for your spokes...a tyre repair kit...and a raincover) it just didn't disappoint and their customer service is just on point...they are awesome and have awesome products period!

Waiting for delivery for about 3 weeks now and seems nothing is in process althoug Bike Heroes state the it’s on its way to me.

BikeHeroes thank you very much , I’m so glad that I decided to order my bike seat of you !
I was very skeptical about bike seats because I’m riding a bike over 3000km / year and I had a lot pain after my tours .
After my order Bikeheroes informed me about the successful order and I could follow my items until have arrived .
To be honest , I was also skeptical about the seat , after some disappointment from other online shops and the day when my items have arrived from bikeheroes I was very much surprised how beautifuly was packed , nicely made up everything and the products I ordered were a very good quality as well.

Today I have been testing my new bike seat ( Cloudcomfort Pro and the 360 smartbike phone holder for bike ) and since the first minute I felt just really sit like on the clouds very very comfortably and after 50 km going up / down on the mountains pulling also the bike trailer with my two children I arrived home without any pain ! I’m so happy that finally I found the perfect bike seat for me !
