The 2 guys who delivered our kitchen were amazing. So friendly, professional & nice. They worked so hard and ensured that the delivery was as smooth as possible. Wish the deliveries from other companies were as good as this.

There are so many areas to discuss but I’ll keep it brief and list the issues.
Installers not showing up and when they do they turn up late.
Extra charges that were not mentioned when at the design appointment.
40 minute waiting times regardless of the time you have called.
Each call that I have made regarding my refund I am given a different reason why refund has not been payed.
Refund issue is still ongoing.
Terrible customer service and client after care.

Bernard and Vince are a duo to be reckoned with - really, really lovely people and gave a 5* experience. They were prompt, professional, and very careful with all the items. They were respectful and really persevered with my awkward road for a delivery - thank you so much!

Lee Albrow came and did the measuring of the kitchen ready for our design appointment, he was efficient, friendly and helpful and was even able to change our design appointment for us. Nothing was too much trouble.

We have purchased a wren kitchen for the first time costing close to £20 ,000
The showroom experience couldn’t have been better BUT buyers BEWARE because we have paid £2700 in laminate work surface costs and when our joiner placed them in the correct position before final fitting we took one look and decided that they looked cheap and nasty nothing like they did in the showroom under false lighting they barely covered the units and completely
spoilt the look of the whole kitchen
We have spoken to head office to be told they do not do any returns at all and were not prepared to offer any help at all with either money off other surfaces. We are now looking at quartz and they wouldn’t even give us a penny off towards the cost of wren quartz work surfaces!
We feel completely let down and disappointed
We were going to have 3 wren bedrooms as well but have now decided not to and we will never ever consider using wren again
This seems a very shortsighted heavy handed policy and they have lost far more than we have but it has left a very bitter taste in our mouth buyers beware

Honest Review! Service in showroom perfect, helpful chap, can't fault.
Surveyor arrived, no problem.
Dates arranged for fit, no problem. Fitter arrived as promised and communication was good.... and this is where it went wrong.
Day one... Kitchen ripped out, old cooker we were selling was left on the drive instead of the kitchen. No problem fitter put it back but then found it was damaged in rip out, could not sell.
Leak in kitchen first night, no problem we sorted it and fitter repaired it, grateful for that.
Kitchen fitted, great.... wait.... refer back to plan, no its not fitted to plan and the worktops/cabinets on one side are quite obviously wonky. The lighting we ordered also has not been fitted, (we tried to be amicable and accept this)
"Approved installer" states that the design plan will not work and suggests changes to the design which we agree, he promises that the new additional works will be carried out the following week,,,, they weren't.
Missing parts finally arrive, lovely helpful van drivers. Communication with "approved installer" was poor by this time with it was now three weeks from when the work began, the fridge had lived in the middle of the floor during the two weeks, we unpackaged it ourselves even though it was part of the dry fit we paid for.
"Approved Fitter" pressured us to sign off kitchen so he could be paid when the kitchen was not fully completed and posted our keys back through the letterbox.
His workmates then (ones we had never met) repeatedly texted and turned up in person several times and at early hours asking to access our property to take pictures which was really intimidating. Wren then advised us that the "approved installer" did not need pictures to be paid and we questioned why they had not been taken when they were already onsite anyway.
Contacted Wren, initially supportive and apologetic installations and complaints team, was happy at this point to work with Wren to resolve.
Incoming, field manager then attends our property, concurs with my partner regarding our concerns and highlights other issues he finds.
Receive email the following week which completely disregards what has been discussed and offers to rip part of the kitchen out to refit it provide a refund for our tec wall and missing lights that were never fitted. No mention of any assistance with the work still needed to make the kitchen actually useable.
The extractor is supplementary works Wren say and it is not Wrens problem now that these works have not been completed despite reassurance in the showroom that their "approved installer" would completely finish the job and also despite the fact that their "approved installer" entered into a contract with us that he is now in breech of.
Its also not Wrens fault Wren say that their "approved installer " left us in the predicament where we cannot use the kitchen because of damp and mould issues. Here Wren say have a check a trade link to find yourself someone new to finish your new kitchen, no apology received or offer of assistance.
Submit formal rejection in writing and preaction protocol, receive email from field manager to say Wren have an agreement with trading standards at Nottingham and they will send our file to them and respond after 14 days.
Upon contacting trading standards ourselves, they have no clue what Wren are talking about. Asked Wren to provide a copy of the communications they have with Trading Standards about our case, surprisingly not received. Raise SAR request
Raise concern that I have serious health issues and cannot use kitchen in present state which is having a serious detrimental effect, no comment or concern regarding this from Wren, field manager is now in a meeting surprisingly when we called for an update, no call received in return.
Have no option now but to pursue rejection which means starting all over again. Wren really are not bothered what issues they cause even if they are serious enough to affect your health.
Genuinely if you are thinking of using Wren please don't, this is an honest review and doesn't completely detail all the issues we have had. It is not worth it, use a reputable company.
Due to significant family stress, we settled with for a refund of just over £1700, his approach to our concerns was not customer focused at all, we gave Wren and him every opportunity to work with us amicably. If the family stress had not occurred I can honestly say I would have asked them to rip the whole kitchen out and taken a full refund. I'd tell anyone thinking of purchasing to read my review and think again.
We do not want any investigation from Wren, you treated us appallingly, our purpose in this review is to stop other people going through what we did, 6 months down the line we still have an unfinished kitchen despite paying for their approved fitter!

Kitchen measurements carried out by Chris Tulip of the Home Survey Team.
Gave plenty of notice as to time of arrival. Arrived promptly and was friendly and courteous.
He carried out the task efficiently and was respectful of my property. He also answered some questions I had relating to the fitting of the new kitchen.

Bedroom to be fitted on 26/8/26 when arranging delivery Wren were advised I have 2 back fractures and could not remove the bed, fitter called a couple of times and he was advised, he suggested I ask the deliverers to put the bed against the wall, I did and this was not done. I informed TVTE store and they spoke to the fitters manager then confirmed by email the installtion will go ahead, they have failed to respond to furtehr email. Fitter failed to turn up nor have the manners to advise me of this.
Emailed Wren's owner who neither acknowledged nor replied, customer service were advised and called on 30/8/26 offering little customer service.
I emailed on 1/9/26 advising it is breach of contract (Consumer Rights Act 2015) and to collect their stock on 16/9/26 this did not happen and no date has been offered, the customer agent seems to prefer attaching the contract rather than collecting their goods or proactively resolving the complaint preventing the use of the bedroom. Wren don't offer even a basic customer service just inconvenience me. My complaint is about collection of their furniture, the failed installation appointment, Wren's prior knowledge of my medical circumstances and inability to move the bed.
TVTE stores email of 25/8/26 confirmed the fitter would attend despite the bed not being on its side.
My email of 16/9/26 requested a full written response addressing all issues by 18/9/26 and their proposals for resolving this matter and confirmation they will remove its stock by 23/9/26. Delivering a consistent customer service this has also been ignored.
A subject access request was submitted, legally Wren have 30 days to provide the information then this can be referred to the ICO.
I have exercised my statutory rights (Consumer Rights Act 2015) which allows a price reduction, the contract to be rejected, money paid to be refunded and the removal of their stock.
If Wren continues to delay collecting their stock having been given a reasonable opportunity to do so, I have reserved the right to recover any reasonable costs incurred in storing or returning the goods through the County Court.
Please note you can also refer the matter to the Furniture and Home Improvement Ombudsman.
Hello Daniela
Please read the review and you will see that I raised this and a case handler has failed to deal with the complaint the last email has neither been acknowledged nor received a reply. I have also advised Novuna that the wardrobe was not fitted and should have been collected/returned to your TVTE store as it is your stock preventing the use of a bedroom.
I appreciate your response but remain totally disgusted with the lack of customer service.
The man who called me on 30/8/26 called not long ago and sadly the dire customer service continues. He insists the room had to be cleared and does not listen when advised the female who arranged deovery was made aware of that and the deputy manager at TVTE stated in an email '.... spoken to your fitter's manager, who's confirmed your fitter will still attend tomorrow despite bed not being on its side. If the fitter needs help moving the bed, he'll inform the showroom tomorrow so that we can arrange for help, in order to get your bedroom installation on its way...'
Wren accepted the change to the contract terms and conditions and varied the contract.
The customer service man who called is doing nothing except try clearly trying to bully me into accepting the inconveneince as he will not arrange for Wren to recover their stock or offer a goodwill gesture and a very quick installation. This is the worst business I have ever dealt with. I will continue as the original post above and employ 2 men and a van to retrun their stock to them then recoverer the costs through the County Court as based on my experience to date they will do nothing and not rpley to me emails he claims were not delivered after th einitial complaint and don't bounce back. You have been warned.
