Very good customer service from the designer at the showroom through to excellent communication at all stages. The chosen WREN fitter (Paul) came to the house a couple of weeks prior to installation and completely put my mind at rest, he was clearly very experienced and professional. From then on everything went smoothly and I’m delighted with the finished utility room. My experience was extremely positive.

Garry Pearson was great - he arrived during the time window specified, let me know about 30 minutes before he arrived and was professional and polite throughout the visit.

Great measurement service from wren by L Der Merwe. Was friendly, on time and very thorough, answered all our questions and very knowledgeable on wrens product range ahead of our design meeting.

Josh Howes came for a pre order measure of my utility and he was absolutely brilliant. From the minute he arrived he couldn’t have been anymore helpful, knowledgable and informative. He took the time to answer any questions I had and was very professional. He was a credit to himself and Wren. Thanks Josh 👍

I have received an excellent customer service experience by a lovely lady named Jodie in the Kidderminster DY11 6XP branch. I visited 04/08/26 Jodie listened to my needs, was extremely knowledgeable, transparent, and caring. The key thing is she listened and was also able to give a lot of practical guidance on what was available in store, offers and options for different customer needs. Her professionalism and welcoming approach when i entered the showroom will mean i will be returning and asking directly for her in the future. Best wishes x
