Had a great experience with Jon who came to measure for our kitchen, he was professional, friendly and informative
Joseph was very friendly and helpful with my enquiry. He explained the process and showed a very polite customer service.
Amazing experience from the first until the last minute. Keith Woolridge was very passionate and knowledgeable making the whole process very seamless!

Avoid. What was sold as a “dream kitchen” experience became the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Wren required full payment before installation, which left me with no leverage when things went wrong. After I paid, they changed the agreed installation date. The installer then failed to turn up on the revised date and continued to make excuses by text. Wren was unable to resolve the situation or get the installer to respond.
After five days of no-shows, I requested a refund because Wren had failed to deliver twice and I had lost all confidence in them. Since then, I have been passed between multiple departments, had to repeat my story countless times, and spent long periods on hold. It took more than six weeks for my refund request to be agreed, and only after a great deal of persistence on my part.
The whole experience caused significant stress, wasted time, and inconvenience. I would not recommend Wren.

Wren have outstanding customer service.
I rang today with a problem which wasn’t down to Wren and the gentleman I spoke to was fantastic. He resolved my problem and was most helpful. Thank you Joseph, you’re a credit to the company x

Totally ambivalent company with very poor communications and impotent to make decisions. I expect I’ll get a rough reply to this review claiming I’m wrong. They don’t like reviews. They reply to reviews but not emails. My experience with this company has been appalling. I would not recommend at all.

Had what was meant to be fitted wardrobes installed by wren in June 2026. The wardrobes were anything but fitted. There is a 2 inch gap at the top of both wardrobes and a 2 to 3 inch gap at the side of one of the wardrobes, which will look very unsightly once I have to get carpet fitted and cause further issues when I come to redecorate my bedroom in years to come . I was miss sold fitted wardrobes from the wren Liverpool showroom , they compared themselves to the likes of sharpes and explained that the wardrobes would be flush , as what one would expect from fitted wardrobes, this was not the case . Wren seem to fit wardrobes into a space then use filler panels to try and fill the gaps , and not to a very good standard, as the wardrobes are certainly not fitted , with large gaps at the tops and side of wardrobe. I have been left for over 3 months with no idea of when this issue will be rectified, wren are also refusing to refund me for the nightmare they have caused both myself and wife . We are unable to finish decorating our bedrooms whilst we await this to be resolved and sleeping in a makeshift bedroom elsewhere in the house. I am constantly chasing up wrens customer care department and getting absolutely nowhere with them . They are without doubt the worst company that I’ve ever had the misfortune to have to deal with. Avoid at all costs .

I rang Tracey at Wren regarding a problem with a kitchen I had from there 5 years ago. She was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond for me to have a resolution to my problem. The best customer service I’ve ever received 🌟

Very disappointing experience with Wren. When I designed the wardrobe, I specifically asked for handles, but they were removed from the order. I was told my sister had asked for them to be removed, which is not true.
The original price was around £2,400, but when I went back, the price had increased to around £2,600. I was told that some things had been forgotten from the original quote, but this was never properly explained to me.
I was also told finance was available, but when I tried to arrange it, I was then told I couldn’t use finance and was left having to pay the full amount myself. The whole process was very stressful and poorly handled.
Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. When the wardrobe arrived, some parts were damaged, and I had ordered white gloss, but I received grey matt instead.
For the amount of money I paid, I expected much better service, communication and attention to detail. Overall, a very frustrating experience and not what I expected from Wren.

Martin in the Abingdon show room was brilliant in designing our bedrooms and was extremely patient. His unique approach was lovely.
After the bedrooms were finished we had a significant amount of waste. Georgia from customer services was exceptional at resolving this.
Where some items were damaged or missing from our order it was easy to get replacements. The delivery guys were very careful with our walls and placing the delivery in the house.
Overall a great service and I would recommend. Mistakes/issues are bound to happen but everyone I spoke with was brilliant in resolving these efficiently.
