CTulip was lovely. Very pleasant and friendly

My parent's have had no end of issues with their new Wren kitchen. Their fitter is unable to complete the kitchen due to Wren refusing to deliver the worktops and now saying they have been damaged in the warehouse by their incompetent staff. They are now saying they have to wait another 12 days for them to be delivered again. This means that my pensioner parents are left with no sink, no hob and no worksurfaces due to Wren. They have also had two damaged doors, one of which they are still awaiting replacement. Their fitter has other jobs lined up so they will likely have to fork out for another fitter on top of all the stress and upheaval.
Do not use this incompetent company who completely disregard their customers wellbeing!

Survey team M Rennolds messaged to say he had a cancellation and could arrive early if that was ok.
On arrival he explained what he was going to do, after he had completed measuring he explained it would download ready for tomorrow’s meeting.
He explained the whole process, checked if I had any questions, was very professional and very approachable- thank you

Excellent service from C Smith during our home measurement visit for fitted wardrobes. She arrived on time, was very polite, friendly and professional throughout the appointment.

She took accurate measurements, explained everything clearly and answered all our questions patiently. She was very knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress-free.

Mark Rennolds was great. The area for him to measure was a bit of a building site but he managed to get all the measurements he needed and was a lovely bloke also

Dreadful kitchens. Door brackets are all pulling out of the chipboard units. 8 need repairing. Outside of warranty, not a problem to fix, but dreadful quality. End panels suffering from delamination.
Poor.
Will never ever use again. Buyer beware.

Mr L Browning was polite, efficient and friendly. He carried out the survey thoroughly, and explain the process well.

M Rennolds provided a great service. He measured our kitchen and was very knowledgeable. He was really friendly and thorough. Asked all the relevant questions and was just great to have in our home. (Bolton branch)

S. Wright came to measure my kitchen today and put me at ease straight away. He was polite, warm and very helpful at answering my questions. He was even great at interacting with my little toddler. Thankyou for making it a pleasant experience :)

Lovely accommodating sales woman.....until you hand your money and signature over. Think your going to get a nice new perfect kitchen and it will be fitted to your schedule? Think again! You'd better get a warehouse to store all the damaged cupboard doors. Oh and take a few weeks off work to accommodate the stress, the extra deliveries, the several attempts at fitting but realise you have missing parts, screws snapping, did I mention stress? Almost every single panel received has had some sort of damamge on it. I am convinced at this point that their warehouse or logistics staff hate them. There's honestly too much to even write and I don't have the energy anymore, just like their customer service/aftercare.

(Manchester/Ashton) Stay well clear of this company, terrible customer service, arrogant and unskilled fitters! I had no kitchen at all for 3 weeks, we are now 3 months in and still not fully completed due to numerous fitter errors. My case was escalated to a field installation manager Gary Carr as it was taking so long, this was when it went from bad to worse. My kitchen was signed off by Gary before it was even completed, this activating the start of my finance. I am still waiting for an explanation from Gary almost a month later, not responding to emails or phone calls. The fitter left my kitchen and home in a mess after each visit, I had to clean up his empty lunch boxes & bottles and wipe everything down. With such a big company and an expensive kitchen, I was expecting a professional service and this was the polar opposite to what I received. Save yourself the headache and upset and use another company!!

Our kitchen units arrived on time and fitter fitted them to a good standard. Overall very pleased with our new kitchen and thanks to Olwyn for helping us promptly with one little issue regarding a cashback that we were due regarding our appliances.

I was kept updated throughout the process from initially calling to arrange an appointment. All members of staff i have had interaction with have been very friendly polite and professional fully explaining what was going to happen and obtaining my approval before doing anything. the whole process was made very easy and enjoyable thanks to the amazing staff.
