Rhys from the Warrenty department could not have been more kind, patient and helpful.
He explained everything clearly to me particularly ensuring our Zoom chat worked successfully.
Rhys has also explained that the poor quality of my sink, not a Wren product, in respect of the amount of scrat he's that have occurred from the 1st few weeks, could be refunded if I wish to upgrade to a composite sink, paying the additional cost myself.
I am delighted to know that and will be visiting my local Wren Kitchen store in Ipswich to choose a replacement sink and will then contact Rhys again, to proceed with the next stage.

The driver N Butterworth and his assistant had the kitchen offloaded and positioned as our requirements in what seemed no time at all. All items were delivered and no visible damage was evident. All in all a great experience.25/08/2026

Molly was very professional and very helpful and I'm truly grateful to receive the replacements for my kitchen as a goodwill gesture as it has made my stressful situation better knowing I'll have the damaged items replaced soon!

April took over my case from the second call as the initial call didn't offer too much in ways of solutions to the problems we were having.

April has been fantastic, sorted one issue immidiately and said once I have a little information for her she can get the second sorted.

Very professional, easy to talk to and good outcome so far at least.

Wren itself has disappointed me slightly purely on a procurement basis, as one of the biggest kitchen manufacturers in the UK, why outsource to a manufacturer for a sink that has no mobile number and a 24-48hr response time?

Aside from the company itself, nearly every person I've spoke to, from designer (Dan) to April at Warranty/customer Service have been amazing.

Absolutely amazing service provided by Maxine in behalf of Wren, what I am sure other companies would’ve dismissed Wren/Maxine completely understood and with no quibbles very promptly resolved the situation.
Thank you again and will be recommending to all who maybe considering a purchase of a kitchen if not just the amazing build quality but also the customer service backing this up.
