Wren Bedford designer … only interested in when I was paying the deposit and final balance. Couldn’t get a word in when explaining the layout of the kitchen wall units … apparently has a “ 10 year designer award “ 🤣… can’t see how you can get 6 wall units so wrong… pictures shown of existing glass splash back and units on wall in place. Wren done a “ home measure” failed to properly measure the vertical part of the glass splash back. Measurement on plans was wider than the actual width of vertical part of splash back resulting in unequal gaps between the start of the wall units and the vertical part of the splash back. Didn’t install units … raised it with the designer in Wren…was told that I signed the agreement and it was down to me to check ! He even had a remedy that I could spray paint the end of a bigger size wall unit to match … Wren after care didn’t give a s*** … email after email … offering me a botched new design and fillers !! The rendered design doesn’t match what it would look like had I installed the units … supply only they said “ we are not technical experts” they said …. But still home measured and completely missed a fixed feature that was in place ! STAY AWAY FROM WREN BEDFORD….. you have been warned …. Go to an independent company… more money but your not dealing with amateur designers with Micky Mouse awards …. Next step is Mark Pullan CEO … also check your WREN App… mine falsely said I signed the “ kitchen charter agreement” on a certain date …. I didn’t !!

The surveyor Duncan Maguire who came to measure our kitchen was excellent. He was punctual, professional, friendly and completed the measuring thoroughly without any problems.

Big thanks to Lauren from the Kings Lynn branch. With all the tweaking she had to do, we received the kitchen on time and in excellent condition. Lovely finish, so happy with it. We somehow have more storage space!!
