The surveyor that came for my measurement appointment was S.Wright. He arrived on time and got straight to work, he conducted himself professionally. He informed me of what he was doing and asked questions where he needed clarity. It was a good experience overall.

We ordered three large wardrobes and two bedside tables spending a significant amount of money. They were delivered by wren and then a separate person whom they arranged to fit them, opening the boxes to find all three are damaged, one wardrobe damaged to the point it can’t be installed. The others have been installed but will need parts replacing. Both bedside tables damaged. The fitter has been brilliant and ordered all replacements but can’t confirm when they will be arriving, delaying our bedrooms and potentially our carpets being fitted next week. I rang the store to complain and the girl laughed and said oh yes delivery men what a nightmare. I don’t think it’s funny after spending thousands that we should just accept damaged goods with missing parts and then our installation to be delayed. I have not been offered anything to compensate us or any apology. I said well can I make a complaint and I was told to ring customer services. Very poor.

Genuinely have been really impressed with all interactions I’ve had with Wren, one of the few companies I have had experience with who truly harken back to what feels like a lost era of customer service. At every step, I have felt like a valued customer and this has been right from designing and creating our space with Scott (who was fantastic) at Cribbs Causeway, all the way through to the conscientious delivery team. I special mention must go to Maxine, who went above and beyond to resolve an issue I had with my order. Her politeness and eagerness to help is something that is all too often absent from the world these days - if everybody approached customer service in the professional manner Maxine did, resolving issues that crop up in life would be far less stressful. I am very grateful for her assistance and she is a true asset to Wren. Personally, I feel word-of-mouth is a powerful tool that companies do not value as much as they should, this cannot be said about my interaction with Wren and the end result of my entire experience is that everybody within my family/friends and colleagues I work with have all received a strong recommendation from me. I should also stress, the kitchen is fantastic, the finish and build quality has not disappointed and we are delighted to have fulfilled our order with Wren. Please keep up the exemplary customer service you have provided me, too often people are quick to complain and focus on the negatives, I felt it necessary to recognise the opposite on this occasion and show my gratitude for what has been a great experience.
We recently had C. Cale from Wren Kitchens out to measure our bedrooms, and we couldn't be more impressed. C. Cale was excellent throughout the entire process—you can tell he is highly experienced, as he knew exactly what he was doing and navigated the space with real expertise. He was also incredibly fast and efficient without compromising on accuracy. We are very happy with his service and would highly recommend him.
Andy Moss came at 6pm sharp on a Friday evening. Thoroughly went round our new extension double checking, triple checking everything. True professional. So polite, friendly, explained everything. Thanks Andy - top job.
The price quoted was misleading as was assured did include extras such as removal of radiator and fitting of appliances being purchased as part of the kitchen.
This was not accurate, as when fitter came to do a prefit inspection I was given an additional charge of £2,000 on an already 10k kitchen. Over half of this was for things I was told were covered already.
When I phoned show room was told this was in fact correct and the things I was told had already been covered were not.
