We’ve just had our delivery from Wren Kitchens and we honestly couldn’t have asked for two nicer delivery drivers. Rob and Jesse were absolutely fantastic from start to finish — so friendly, polite, kind and incredibly helpful.
Nothing was too much trouble for them, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was delivered safely and that we were happy. They couldn’t have done enough for us and their customer service was exceptional.
It’s lovely to come across people who take such pride in what they do and go that extra mile for their customers. Rob and Jesse are a real credit to Wren Kitchens, and we would highly recommend them to anyone.
Thank you both so much for making our delivery such a positive experience! 👏😊

My cupboard doors started blistering after only two years. Wren Kitchens are already aware of this issue, yet I still had to send countless emails and photos to prove the damage.
It took Wren over a year to send replacement doors, and it required seven separate deliveries before the correct doors finally arrived. Even then, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Wren Kitchens. They were excellent during the initial installation, but their customer service when a problem arose was extremely poor.
Mohammed and amin where excellent person, they unloaded very fast and professional way
Excellent and professional service from Lead fitter G Vaughan and Harry. They took their time with the fitting and didn't finish until it was perfect.

Our experience with Wren started very positively. The design process went well, we were happy with everything, and we felt confident moving forward.
Since paying the deposit, however, communication has been much more difficult than we expected.
On the evening we paid the deposit, I left a message asking for a call back. After not hearing anything, I followed up by email a few days later but still didn’t receive a response.
We then managed to arrange another appointment, where the designer said he would send through the updated cost. Unfortunately, this wasn’t sent, and a further email also went unanswered.
I later called the store and was told the Store Manager was off sick and that the Regional Manager would call me back. When I followed up after not receiving that call, I was advised that the Regional Manager does not normally speak directly with customers.
My concern is not really about the updated cost or any one missed call or email. It is more about the level of communication we can expect once the project is underway.
With any kitchen project, there is always the possibility that questions or issues may come up along the way. We simply want to feel confident that if that happens, there will be someone available to respond and help us resolve things.
What is disappointing is that the communication during the design process was very good, so the change since paying the deposit has left us feeling a little uncertain about moving forward.
We still like the kitchen and had a very positive experience with the design itself. We would just like some reassurance that the same level of communication and support will be there throughout the rest of the project.

We had a home survey done today by Mark Willmott and what a lovely guy. Professional and a great personality. We actually enjoyed meeting him. It was really good to see the kitchen plan on the computer, really quite interesting. We are now looking forward to the next step and seeing the 3D design in the virtual room.

I must say, he’s a credit to the company.
Thank you for such a great experience

S Defty was polite and curteous. He chatted and made us feel at ease. He was knowledgeable and listened to what changes we were needing to make in the kitchen. Would definitely welcome him back if we needed to.

At first, I was really impressed with Wren. Everyone we dealt with in the showroom was helpful, and the designer we worked with was professional and seemed to really understand what we wanted from our new kitchen.
Unfortunately, once the kitchen was delivered, we discovered numerous problems.
One of the biggest issues was that parts of both the kitchen and utility simply did not fit. Wren had sent a surveyor to measure the spaces before the kitchen was ordered, but these measurements were incorrect and a number of the units supplied were too large. We were then initially told that Wren would not replace them because it was apparently our responsibility to remeasure everything ourselves after their surveyor had been out, which I found extremely frustrating.
The most disappointing issue, however, has been our larder. An 800mm larder was something I specifically wanted and was an important feature of the kitchen design. Our designer added one to the plan and told us it would be an 800mm larder in the Milano Infinity range.
When it arrived, instead of one 800mm larder unit, we had been supplied with two separate 400mm cupboards.
After several attempts to resolve this, we eventually spoke to our original designer, who told us there was “a way of joining them together to make a larder” and explained that Wren don’t actually make an 800mm larder in this range. He said he would find out exactly how it could be done and get back to us. Unfortunately, we never heard from him again.
Thankfully, another designer in the showroom became aware of the problems we were having and genuinely tried his best to help. Thanks to him, Wren eventually agreed to replace the incorrectly sized units, and he also tried to source an alternative 800mm larder carcass which our original doors could potentially be fitted to. We really appreciated his efforts.
Unfortunately, although well intentioned, that solution wasn’t possible either. Our kitchen is handleless and has a specific trim running around the units, so an 800mm carcass from another range isn’t compatible with the design.
We have therefore been left trying to make the best of the two 400mm units by cutting out the internal centre panels and joining them together. Even then, there is still a large vertical trim running straight down the middle. This means we still cannot use the cupboard as a true 800mm larder or store anything wider than approximately 400mm inside it.
This is particularly upsetting because the larder was one of the features I was most looking forward to in our new kitchen. Had we been told at the design stage that an 800mm larder was not available in the Milano Infinity plus range, we could have made an informed decision and either changed the design or considered another range.
Instead, an 800mm larder was designed and sold to us despite the fact that Wren apparently does not manufacture one for our kitchen range.
There were people at Wren who were extremely helpful, particularly the second designer who went out of his way to try to rectify problems that weren’t of his making, and I don’t want that to go unrecognised. However, considering the amount of money involved in purchasing a new kitchen, the measuring errors, the initial refusal to replace incorrectly sized units and, most of all, being sold a key feature that couldn’t actually be supplied have made what started as a very positive experience incredibly disappointing. I haven't named the designer as I don't think that would be fair but it is someone from the Silverlink branch.
Really disappointed by the state my kitchens been left.

Polite and pleasant man ( A. Hadnum) came to measure my son's property. Kitchen isn't fully there yet but he managed to measure what he could.

Quick and easy to get your kitchen measured. Thanks to O Firouzia for the help

O Firouzia came to carry out our measured survey. He texted and called to give a time of arrival and was very polite and Proffesional through out the survey.

This matter is still ongoing. I was assured a Wren caseworker would take on the case but still a different person replies each time & we are constantly having to repeat ourselves. No escalation process & shocking response times (a week between emails)
