Hooray for Woolovers - their website is brilliant, their service and delivery time amazing and their product outstanding! We can't buy this quality easily in New Zealand so they are fantastic and their prices are so reasonable! Long live Woolovers!

I have placed two orders with this company, and have found them to be excellent. Goods arrived in very quick time and sizing was great. Colours and quality were as described. The items were very well packed and upon opening, I was completely satisfied with their goods. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends.

Ordered three items that arrived in good time to NZ. All good quality and well priced but unfortunately one item was far too big but cost of postage made it uneconomical to return it. Need to be very careful with sizing when ordering. Would recommend with that proviso. It would be an excellent service if the company provided return postage stickers!

I ordered 4 items which arrived very promptly with free postage. Sadly though I had to return two, as right out of the bag, they were starting to pill and had holes ready to occur where the wool was spun unevenly. The other two garments were fine, although unworn yet, I don't know about their durability. The service from Woolovers is excellent, with no problems returning things.

I normally wear a size 10-12, small was perfect for me although when purchasing I was unsure wether to get small or medium.

I've ordered six items in less than a year. Every one came exactly as I thought they would look like, and the woolen items were better quality than I expected. I love the lightness and softness of the woolens, yet they are warm too.
The customer service has been excellent and the delivery speedy.

Ordered from New Zealand, not realising that any returns would have to got to UK. Having address of website as ,,,,,.co.nz is misleading and may be worth making this more obvious for purchasers. Having said that I received a very helpful reply to my email expressing concern about this with good advice on how to return if necessary.
This was my only concern, and I was delighted with the woollens when they arrived. Colour and size were accurate as on website, and I am delighted with the garments, the speed with which they arrived and the updates of the processing of the order. Also, as cheap as anything available in New Zealand. I will order again!

Have purchased several items from Wool Overs. The products are exactly as described and the size chart is accurate. Definitely GREAT quality and value. I really feel the cold and find Wool Overs garments are so comfy and warm. Cotton and silk garments I wear, 9 times out of 10 are complemented on. Which naturally just makes your day. I live at the bottom of the world and shipping is usually 7-10 days. I have no complaints about the company or products, tho the cashmere merino does pill, it's nothing that a gentle razor can't fix. Keep up the great work Wool Overs I'd be lost without you and your great team.

How Woolovers can offer pure wool products at the prices they do is beyond me. Their postage charges are most reasonable and often free. Good quality products too and a great range of styles and colours. My favourite item is the Aaron sweater - I have 3 and husband has 6! I am also in New Zealand and could not afford to buy these here. Perfect for our winters. Not fussed on the coarse wool products.

I have made a couple of purchases from Woolovers this year and I absolutely love the quality and value of their products. Its a breeze to order online and have delivery really quickly to New Zealand. I love the softness of the cashmere and merino products and the easy wearability of the silk and cotton for summer. Just had my latest purchase of a Lambswool cardigan and not scratchy like I thought it may be. I love wool-overs and have recommended them to all my friends.
