WOOLOVERS ARE A SCAM SITE. DO NOT SHOP THERE!!!

Woolovers deserves zéro stars. They promptly wrote à damage control message for the public to see on Trustpilot right after I revealed how they stole my money after I ordered items never received They wrote how they wanted to help and could I send them my order number. WELL i did and what did they do about it? NOTHING AT ALL. They sent me an email back with no message in it. Go figure. Why would they have anything to say after taking unsuspecting customers' money?? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Terrible quality

Terrible quality, had a pair of socks for Christmas that were holed within two weeks, not at any pressure points but at random places. On complaining my partner was asked to provide pictures of the holes, so a picture of two socks one from each pair with holes was sent. While it was emphasised in the complaint by my partner that two pairs of sock were faulty, they returned one pair! If I had bought them I would insist on my money back, though with this companys logic , I would probably only get half back asa only half of the four socks are faulty.
Bunch of useless clowns keep well away!

No reply drom this company, so I assume that this is their standaer business priactice!!

Good quality once it arrived

Slow to arrive. And website is fairly ambiguous, I was under the impression that the order was coming from the Australian site, not the UK. The email I received from WoolOvers stated: "IMPORTANT: Tracking information will only be available after the item is scanned into the carrier's systems, which can take up to 12 hours". In fact the tracking information was only available after 10 days.
However, I have now received my order, which is exactly as described on the website. I would describe the sizes as generous, so if I order again, I will go for smaller sizing.
Great quality, and well wrapped.

Excellent Customer Service

I have used Woolovers for many years and been very satisfied with their products and service. Recently I bought a winter weight jumper in their summer sale and only noticed a small fault in the manufacture when I first tried to wear it several months later. I reported this by sending a photo of the problem. In spite of the time lapse between purchase and noticing the fault, Woolovers refunded my money and told me to keep the jumper which I can still wear for gardening etc.
This is a good example of their excellent customer service.

Customer Service

Customer service is terrible.

On 9th September I bought a medium-sized Men's cashmere & merino jumper but returned it on 20 September because it was too small. I sent it to Woolovers warehouse in Australia -C/o Coghlans Pty Ltd, PO Box 7205, Wetherill Park. NSW 2164. I have not received any acknowledgement of receipt or a refund.

On September 18 I placed another order for a large version of the same jumper. The funds were deducted from my credit card account and I did get an email confirming my order but since then I have not received any further advice about shipping.

Despite sending several emails to Woolover I have not heard anything, either about receiving a credit for the refund or when my current order will arrive.

I would not recommend this company.

I would appreciate your responding to this email as I'm currently doubly out of pocket!

Good stuff

i have bought from Woolovers for a couple years now. I'm from New Zealand and was initially wary of purchasing overseas clothes, in regard to quality and fit. No problems on either count, have faith in the company, and the service in times of ordering to arrival of goods is great. Faster to get from England than from one town to another here in NZ!!

Customer Service Nightmare / Still don't have my order from 12/12/15

This company, from which I purchased $600 worth of wool before, has taken my $536 holiday order of 12/12/15.
1. Broke this order into four different bags. Got one on 12/24.
2. Got second bag on 12/28.
3. THEY DON'T TRACK THE PACKAGES AND TELL ME THEY CAN'T HELP ME.

Why four bags?
Why don't they track package?
Why don't they help me?

And to make matters worse, they sent an email advertising 20% off All Lamswool. I only ordered Lamswool. They did NOT apply the discount untilI Live Chatted twice - it took a long time to get him to even understand the problem - and then I still did not receive his promised fix.

So, I have emailed repeatedly.
Got back a form email from The Team.
Says the discount has been applied.

Still no scarves.
Still no discount.

Hope they enjoy my $536.
And I will get the TAXES soon.

And I don't even have the scarves!

Total trust in overseas mail order company.

I live in New Zealand and was a bit dubious of buying clothing out of another country but Woolovers have put any doubts out of my mind with their excellent service.I have bought three items from them so far and will continue to do so.I couldn't believe how quick the items arrived at my home and they are really good quality .I am happy to have found the company and have also recommended them to a few of my friends.

Striped Zip Neck Jumper (C61)

I bought this jumper recently and am extremely pleased with it. It is comfortable and a good fit, and particularly suitable for spring and autumn wear as it is light but warm. It came in record time, as have the five other garments I have bought from WoolOvers over the past two years. I can't speak too highly of the quality and service.

Great buying

I purchased 4 jumpers. As a first time buyer the experience and the 4 jumpers turned out to be a great experience. The jumpers fit really well and are well made. The price and shipping experience was also really good. Great value for money and very prompt delivery. Would definitely buy again.

Time after Time always Beautiful

I relax once I have put my order in with Woolovers. I always check my sizing and the 'description' of the product to make sure I've ordered the perfect fit. Colour descriptions are accurate and exactly the same every time. The navy is very dark, the caribbean pink is soft and pretty, the aquamarine is muted, the grey marl is light, the oranges are gorgeous, the winter white is white and the cream is not too creamy. The blueberry is flattering and the alpine blue consistently draws compliments, as does the pale blue. Softness and comfort guaranteed. I recommend Woolover products to someone every day and I'm always handing out the website address. Happy and Warm and so glad I found you. :-)

Good product

The jumper is good although the sleeves are bit big even if it's XS but fits alright while the slip over has an odd smell (not the regular wool smell) with it as I open the package and it didn't go away even if I washed it.

Cashmere and Merino crew neck cardigans

Recently purchased two of these garments from Woolovers. I am a size 12 to 14 and found the Medium size a perfect fit for me. They are soft, warm, and a pleasure to wear. I have since purchased a button neck jumper dress in sea green, again a lovely fit and our winter morning in NZ today at minus degree will be a good choice to wear today. Love Woolovers!

Lace Trimmed V Neck Cardigan

Bought this for a birthday present for my friend so can't post a review yet although have bought several items from Woolovers and can't fault any item I have purchased. Always had prompt delivery and the quality has always been top notch on everything as I know this will be. Cardigan fells soft and looks very classy. Will continue to buy from Woolovers. Also a bonus these jerseys wash like a rag.

Have just purchased another 3 garments from you, bought 5 last winter and so far 5 this years. All wash well, wear well and look so good too!! Prices are cheap enough to stock up our winter knitwear supplies, we are so happy with them, thankyou.
