I placed the order on a Tuesday, and had the cue in my hand on Friday – in Sweden(!). 1 piece, 3 star snooker cue, 58", 17.8 oz. The cue looks and feels amazing! Bang for the buck is extraordinary, and the service has been excellent from start to finish! Hats off for Woods Cues!

DON’T USE!! They don’t send orders out, they ignore you customer service is shocking!! And there items are rubbish!! Like TEMU AND WISH!!

I am working with woods cues for about 7 years for me personally and for my customers.. Never had a problem.. They are very responsive in messages and ready any time to resolve any problems you may have.. Their cues are hight quality.. Highly recommend..

My 3rd order, now for 1 piece snooker cue, 57 inch, 17.5 oz with mini butt, extension, leather case with additional altered service to replace the brass ferrule to titanium. Woods cue also gave me bonus, 4 extra tips and joint protector. All packaged very well and safe with double cardboard boxes, extra bubblewrap. Very well received and very satisfied.

Bought some ebony splices to repair my cue couldn't find them in the UK so bought from these guys in the US with free postage no problem with woods cues themselves but would have preferred an option to pay for a different courier since Hermes/evri just left my order on my doorstep in a high crime area luckily by neighbours took it in before it was stolen but still woods cues brilliant got what I wanted and got it quick so still five stars

I ordered a 1 piece cue case but was sent the completely wrong one. On top of that, the case arrived with a faulty latch. While delivery was quick and the case itself wasn’t awful in terms of build quality, it wasn’t what I paid for and it was defective.

Despite clearly stating in multiple emails that I wanted a refund and not a replacement, the seller refused to accept a return unless I destroyed the item and sent them video evidence. I even offered to return it if they could arrange collection, but they insisted on this unreasonable condition instead.

I eventually raised a dispute through PayPal and after providing further evidence, the case was found in my favour and I received a full refund.

I wouldn’t order from this seller again. The product was incorrect, it was faulty, and their refund process was completely unreasonable.

Awful company to deal with! ordered a custom cue at the start of March was told it would be 45-75 days, no update during that time, messaged again looking for an update after 45 days, to be told the start of June, asked for a refund as that was over the 75 days and was told it would be with me by the end of May, been messaging about an update with no reply to any of my viewed messages. have now requested a refund, let's see how long it takes to get a response to that message!

I decided to get a one piece cue I had always played a 2-3 piece but was recommended to try a 1 piece,so I ordered one of woods cue & have to say I'm so glad I did playing power shots feels effortlessly & the same with screw shots & it feels much better when playing straight shots if your looking a new cue give these people a try you won't be disappointed top notch.

I bought a Chinese 8 ball cue for a bargain £90 and was absolutely delighted with the product which arrived quickly at my door. I really recommend Woods Cues

Service was fantastic super quick and efficient delivery considering it came all the way from China to the UK (order confirmed on the 6th of May and receivedon the 9th of May i kno crazy right). Ordered the 3 star range which I believe is their premium range unless I'm corrected. Was really skeptical at first as it was and online order however everything was perfect the cue through and through is awesome no complaints. I'd even go as far and say it's better than the peradons previously used specifically the peradon Canterbury and Chiltern cues. I know bold statement. Honestly after over a years usage of the cue finally reviwing

Snooker Cue, case and extensions came today earlier than expected and they are perfect. I'll be ordering other bits in the near future if I see what I want on the site.

Ordered this Custom made cue plus case and arrived in pristine condition with top Class Craftsmanship. Really pleased with the quality of the cue and feels so good to play with. I have dealt with Woods Cuesfor three times now and the service is second to none

I ordered a 3/4 custom pool cue to my specs totaling to £97 including delivery.
Communication was quick for finding out what specs I wanted from my cue. The cue took 30 days to make and it was dispatched on the 30th and arrived today! 3 day delivery from China, result!
The cue is exactly what I wanted and it looks beautiful and feels amazing. I cant recommend Wood cues enough.

"Update"
I'm taking away 1 star due to noticing a very poor job on the splicing of the cue. For £85 I can see why these custom cues were priced this cheaply, however I still can't fault the feel of the cue as its superb.

Great Service with this company. Quality for the money. I found out today the shipping was free to my country and I can ask for just a cloth bag. That is just great. I have been using this company since before 2017, and the service and quality is today as good as it ever was.

Fantastic cue at a really good price. Ordered Sunday, email said delivery on Friday, got an update saying will be delivered on Wednesday. 3 day delivery from across the world is fantastic. The cue itself is really good quality very impressed.
