Stay away from this ignorant company, I bought a cue case 3 compartments called the beast one of the locks broke, they said theres nothing they can so basically thers no customer service.

Not going to lie, I ordered a cue and it was damaged by the courier,
Woods went out of their way to help me with a replacement..
Cant speak highly enough of woods cues..

Excellent cues and delivery. Bought a 7.5mm tipped cue and and 8mm tipped cue, both with titanium ferrules. The cues are pretty good and to be honest just as good if not better than a Peardon pool cue I purchased a few months back.

I ordered 2 cues separately two weeks apart and both were Fast delivery times. They took about 7 days to arrive. They came well packaged in plastic pvc tubes.
For the price I payed for the cues They were of great quality. Only one little snag on the second cue tho is it wasn't finished treated. Im not that fussed about that as I can finish it myself. Their cues are of good quality for the price. You get what you pay for. This is based on 3 woods cues I have tried.

I have purchased 3 cues from woodscues, been happy with them all, cues can be adjusted for a small fee, great company, highly recommend.

Terrible company and poor manufacturer. Two out of two cues they sent and produced are not straight. Giving proof to the company of the problem resultet in complete deflection. "We test every cue before shipping". Yes you do ;)
Save your money and buy a propper cue at a local store or regional online shop.

Second cue purchased from Woods Cues and on both occasions their communication, and speediness of delivery has been great. After being so surprised with the quality of the first cue, I purchased one of their top 3 star cues and requested their alteration services to split the one piece cue to a centre joint, the quality is amazing and cannot wait to start using it.

My maple cue arrived today 6 days after my order from the other side of the world rolled on snooker table dead straight. What a great cue top site and fast delivery 👏

Ordered my cue and case on the Friday, delivered on the Monday (uk) very please with the service. The cue is absolutely lovey, The case did have some glue residue and a couple of scuffs which isn’t great, Hence not 5 star. But will defo order again 👍🏼

Ordered a cue on 7th Jan still haven't got it, email after email and nothing happening,asked for refund and no answer 🤬

i have purchased lots of cues from Woods..well over 20...all have been top class....very good for the price..i recommend Woods Cues to anyone...website is very easy to use and communication is always easy...and always very helpful...

I ORDERED A PERADON CUE EXTENSION FROM WOODS CUES ON 12 TH OF NOVEMBER 2023,THAT WAS 42 DAYS AGO & AND COUNTING!!!!!.I HAVENT RECEIVED IT!!! THEY GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THAT IS NON-EXISTANT & IS USELESS..IT DOSENT WORK.I EMAILED THEM AT THE START & THEY REPLIED WITH VAGUE ANSWERS.THEY DIDNT REPLY TO EMAILS FOR AGES & FINALLY REPLIED ON 27TH DECEMBER SAYING THEY HAD A PROBLEM GETTING MY MESSAGES.WOODS CUES SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME FREE ACCESSORIES WITH MY NEXT PURCHASE/ORDER EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM AGAIN THAT I HADNT RECEIVED MY ORIGINAL/FIRST ORDER & IM DOWN THE PRICE OF THE ITEM BUT DIDNT RECEIVE IT.
THEY ARE WELL AWARE OF THE SITUATION BUT THEY WONT OFFER A REFUND OR SEND THE ITEM AGAIN OR ANSWER ANY QUERIES WITH A STRAIGHT FORWARD REPLY.
I FINALLY GOT THE ITEM ON 30TH DECEMBER,48 DAYS AFTER ORDERING IT!!! THE CUE EXTENSION IS FINE/AS EXPECTED. WOODS CUES COMMUNICATION IS TERRIBLE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS & 48 DAYS IS WAY TOO LONG TO WAIT FOR A ITEM TO BE DELIVERED.
I MIGHT BUY FROM THEM AGAIN IF THEY COULD IMPROVE THEIR COURIER/DELIVERY SPEED
