I just bought a handmade one-piece snooker cue and I’m extremely impressed with the overall quality. It’s actually even better than my John Parris cue, which I honestly didn’t expect. Initially, I had my doubts about whether it was made from genuine ebony, but I’m pleased to confirm that it is. The cue is very responsive, and the shaft is nicely stiff just as described, giving it a solid, controlled feel when playing. The craftsmanship is excellent throughout.I’d happily pay double for it given how well it performs. The customer service was also very good,helpful and responsive,and delivery was quick, delivered within five days.Overall, a brilliant purchase that I’d highly recommend.

I recently purchased a cue and a case, and I couldn’t be more pleased with both. The cue, in particular, suits me perfectly and has genuinely taken my game to a new level. Having used many cues over the years, I can confidently say this one is better than any I’ve bought elsewhere.

The price is very reasonable, and it truly offers excellent value for money — in fact, I would happily pay double for the quality provided.

Before purchasing, the seller was incredibly patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions in detail. That level of service made the whole experience even better.

Ordered a cue case on 4th January, still hasn’t arrived. Shocking service! Avoid this company

Very happy with my pool 🎱 cue and case .excellent value for money 💰. Would highly recommend buying.

Appalling customer service. Emailed them to report cue case was badly dented and requested details of how to return it for replacement. Received an email response pretending to care and would sort it out but since all emails have been ignored. I would avoid this company as they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Ordered as per instructions before 12 that day and paid optional £9.99 next day delivery. No sign of cue case next day and after sending a message had an apology from what was obviously a bot response. After messaging my response they came back with same message word for word. They need to review their customer service and if someone pays for a service you cant supply then a full refund would be in order. I will say this is not the first incident with this company and I gave the benefit of the doubt to them, well not anymore I am now done with the company. All round appalling service.

Possible scam...
Placed an order few days ago for a cue case, with it saying 2-4 days for delivery. Went to check on it today and website now says they are on holiday until September.

Ordered a 1 pc slimline cue case about 10 days ago now still no updates as to if or when it’s even arriving, I was told 2-4 days for FREE STANDARD SHIPPING I’m now on day 10 and still no further updates on the item this ignorant company won’t reply to any of my emails enquiring about my order, I definitely would not recommend buying
Anything from house of cues unless you want to play a guessing games as to when your items will be arriving don’t state 2-4 days shipping if it’s not gonna be here within 2-4 days I would of quite happily of ordered somewhere else where they can stick to delivery dates, stay away people not worth the hassle can’t use my new cue as I can’t transport it

Ordered a pre-owned cue, I obviously saw the "may contain signs of ware/defects on the page of said cue. What I didnt expect was the cue to actually be warped. When I enquired about this I got told by house of cues "This is why the cue is cheap" I responded how can you resell a cue thats warped and not state it in the item description because its as good as usless. I was then told "people buy these and fix them" Its no different then walking in to cash converters and buying a 2nd hand TV only to find out it doesn't switch on.

Not happy at all.

Ordered a cue case it said brand new its clearly not brand new all the materials are loose inside and someone decided to stick chewing gum to hold the materials down disgusting and rip off will be contacting trading standards

Got on time and got what i had asked for

Item ordered smooth enough, took money fast enough.
Delivery company left it outside no note through the door no nothing- total breach of sales contract.
Two weeks pass contact the company to locate- quick to answer, find the item sadly was a gift and had to buy something else due to stupid delivery.
Return started- quick to respond- did NOT provide refund label as stated in their own refund policy website
Company sent me address to send then no response, no update, no tracking offered, postage paid at sellers expense.

And still no refund or response
I will be sourcing their info for the ombudsman and claiming through the bank

Placed my order then looked for reviews lol there wasn't any but my order arrived yesterday and am really pleased with it for the price.if your going to order.do it from Monday to Thursday as there shut Fri,Sat,Sunday
