I ordered a maxi dress for a special occasion and I was sent the short version instead , checked my order and it was correct was so disappointed and left me without a new outfit to wear !

Stunning bracelet
Bought this bracelet as a present for my niece and it is lovely. She has petite wrists so the option to choose a smaller size was perfect. The bracelet was beautifully made and looks stunning. Delivery was really quick - arrived carefully and thoughtfully packaged.

What a wonderful shopping experience!
I was trying to purchase a dress for a singing competition. I ordered 2 different dresses in 2 different sizes. Shipping was so fast, the garments were of high quality and were as described but didn't work for the event.
The return portal was not working for these returns so I worked with Seychelle in Customer Service to make it happen. I was able to return all 4 dresses and received my refund quickly.
Thank you so much for the manual help, Seychelle. I will shop here again for sure!

Had to chase for my order to be dispatched
The website was easy to navigate and my order was easy to place. I wasn't aware until after that the product was being dispatched by a third party and therefore the delivery lead time was much longer. I had to chase the company for my order to be dispatched and it arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe.
Customer service got back to be quickly but it's a shame I needed to make contact in the first place.
This was my first order and it has put me off ordering again especially as the delivery cost was £5 which is fairly steep, and I had to chase for my order to be dispatched/delivered and it then took a longer time.
