Very easy to order and delivery was super quick

Firstly, The item that was pictured and I purchased was not the item I received. Similar, but definately not what I bought or paid for Secondly, the company you use to deliver purchases, delivered my package to the wrong address. I get an email saying ' delivered' and Im asking where? I had to drive through several nearby streets in search of my house #, looking for my package Thankfully, I found it outside someone elses door. And now i had to return it. Print labels, Go to the mail carrier to drop it off for the return. So, overall this was a terrible experience. Now I have to sit and wait and hope I get all my money back. Thumbs Down~

Your delivery provider UPS claimed to have tried to deliver to my address, which they didn't and left the package half a mile away at a pick up point. As a disabled person this was most unsatifactory.
The product itself is fine.

All I can say is that Georgia and Laura have been absolutely amazing . Had an issue with trousers and shirt , shrunk after 1 wash . They kept me up to date with the processes and even when I was going on holiday and I couldn’t follow process they fully understood and sent me an email on the day of my return . ALL customer support should act like Wolf and Badger , unbelievably professional, credit to the company . I highly recommend Wolf and Badger to everyone and will continue to buy their fabulous clothing and accessories. Thank you so much for making an issue seamlessly, gave me confidence throughout . I saw a Wolf & Badger bag on Pinterest and immediately fell in love with it. I pined over the bag for a few months, talking myself out of it. I finally gifted it to myself after a work bonus. To my delight, the bag I was eyeing had gone on sale while I was debating, shipping was incredibly fast, packing was beautiful, and the bag exceeded my expectations. I took her out for her first office meeting yesterday and in an office of 12, I received 3 compliments! 1 from a man, not to be sexist, but I feel that’s saying a lot. Would definitely buy again and wouldn’t delay the purchase. Life is short, buy the bag!

Beautiful dress but you charged nearly $200 more than designers own website…puts me off ordering through you again.

I ordered a dress last minute from Wolf and Badger for my holidays. When the estimated delivery slots came up the last day was two days after our departure.
I contacted customer service online and was able to communicate with Joanne who listened and straightaway got to sorting the issue out. My lovely dress arrived yesterday all thanks to Joanne.

I ordered the item on Saturday from the UK and received it from the US on Tuesday!!!! Great fulfillment and the item is exactly what I wanted.
