Charming earrings
The earrings I ordered came from overseas and they arrived quicker than stuff I order in my own state. I love the earrings. They look just as they did in the picture and the quality is great. I haven’t worn them yet but I know I will receive a lot of compliments when I do.

I contacted W&B customer service as soon as I discovered the parcel had not been delivered to my house. I was told W&B would contact the courier and come back to me in around 10 minutes. That was 3 days ago. I sent a chasing email but again no response!

Disappointing experience
Disappointing experience. I purchased this bracelet as a Christmas gift, so although it was bought in November, it wasn’t worn until mid-January. Within around 4–5 months of normal use, the adjustable fastening became loose. Despite explaining this, my claim was rejected solely because I contacted them after the six-month warranty had expired. Customer service was polite, but I expected better quality and after-sales support for a £77 (RRP £110) bracelet.

Absolutely appauling customer service…
Absolutely appauling customer service and the product that I have received and the description of my purchase is poor quality for the price the product has been returned to sender by DHL to find that the return address in not what’s in their invoice and it’s a P.O. Box address ! So where does this leave me now?? No contact of owners on their telephone numbers. Wolf and badger I highly reccomend you check your products before actually applying them for sale on your web site

Ordered a diamond ring as my wedding…
Ordered a diamond ring as my wedding ring, first it came in silver instead of gold so it had to be returned and the new one sent out causing stress as timelines were quite tight. The seller was not communicative so I had no idea what was going on for days! Then the ring has broken 2 weeks after the wedding, it has now been 5 days since I asked for a refund a compensation (this is my wedding ring, in all the pictures and now is having to be changed!), I have not heard anything back so have chased again today. Disgusting!
