I’ve ordered clothing from Wolf & Badger a few times and have always had a really positive experience. They have a great selection of unique pieces and the quality has been consistently excellent. Ordering is easy, delivery has always been smooth, and everything arrives exactly as described. I also really appreciate the range of independent brands they offer. you can find pieces that feel special and different from the usual high street options. Definitely one of my favourite places to shop for clothing.

Deliveries are well packaged with detailed tracking updates. My product did take longer than expected to arrive but it was definitely worth the wait.

Wasn't happy with the way it was package when received.

Most of the shoes I ordered did not fit true to size - the company makes it somewhat difficult to return.

Very pleased so far. The goods arrived quickly and the delivery company was very good - I was given a delivery date, then sent a reminder and the goods were delivered on the date that was advised. Also the price included custom duties etc so there was no surprise and no delays. I need to return some items as I ordered shoes in slightly different sizes so will reserve my final rating until I’ve been through that process

I paid £5 for next day delivery, I even received a message from ups saying my order will be delivered by 1:30 next day, but package received after 5 days. I contacted customer service and they said package has not been dispatched. So my trust got broken in the company immediately.
The necklace is beautiful but much much much smaller than shown in pictures.

Having used my phone to navigate the website from searching to purchasing, I have mainly positive comments about the website.

What I bought came as advertised and was well packaged, which is the part you don’t see when buying.

I will return to buy more.

My only comment which is a negative, is that I added a personal comment as the present is a gift, and it came on the invoice and felt as personal as an all workforce email.

My suggestion would be that a personal message is on a separate piece of paper and maybe on a piece of card to continue the luxury feel of the item and the packaging.

However, I say again, I will still return as the product that I bought was of a high standard.
