Excellent service and amazing tea, I ordered the burn calories not witches and the night time blend. My cravings for sugar have lessened considerably, and I don't think I've ever slept so well! They taste lovely too. Feel so much better mentally aswell now I'm finally sleeping! Thank you so much 💓

I first want to compliment Witch’s Tea, Willow and Emerald for amazing customer service and delightful products. Herbal teas have always been a favorite of mine. So, after running across a Facebook page of Witches Tea, I decided to give them a try.

I ordered the Burn Calories Not Witches ritual blends, they were delicious and very much delivered. I lost 15 lbs and 2 pants sizes. I live in the USA, so my orders take a month to reach me. Now I order my blends one month in advance so I won’t run out. The Releaf and Sweet Moss are also must haves!

Willow and Emerald have reached out to me to be sure I have received my tea blends I was enjoying them.

If you are looking for an herbal tea blend to help you lose a few pounds, better sleep, relaxation, more energy.. or just a tea to sip and enjoy, Witches Tea will have a blend for you.

I've always enjoyed fruit teas, but never really tried herbal blends until trying Witches Tea. And they really are a game changer.
The flavours are amazing and nothing like you would expect.
And the benefits really are a bonus, they really do what they say on the tin 'so to speak'.
I can't wait to try some of there new blends, and find more to add to my favourite list.
The customer service is amazing, I won't go anywhere else for my herbal tea.

I had a Tarot reading done. Spot on and very indepth. I highly recommend Witches tea. They also sell other products. Definitely worth a look. They respond quickly too if you need to contact them, very helpful.

Where to start! I have came across Witches Tea when I was after certain teas and couldnt find a lot herbal companies within normal price range or stuff i wanted. I was extremely happy when I found WT as it was like coming to old apothecary virtually. I am extremely satisfird with customer service,its so natural,friendly and respectful. And the products!!!! I tried first time Burn Calories not witches daily set....and i am extremely surprised ! I havent drank it daily as life got busy,but i got back to it and let me tell you. As person with sitting job there are many challenges despite great diet a regular exercise. After drinking the tea my bloating is gone,there is visible difference in shape and loss of some weight !! And i tried a lot of diets and supplements.....so of course i bought full set,samhain tea to add 🤭 and last but not least...the pumpkin spice dandelion coffee. As coffee addict,i know good stuff 😁 finally coffee that i can drink in evening. ITS AMAZING!!🍂🍁

I had a wonderful experience with my Mabon tarot reading, it resonated with me in may ways. After giving a few details I waited patiently for my email and I enjoyed reading every word. I've had quite a few face to face readings, but honestly this was the best one I have experienced. I will definitely be coming back to Willow and Emerald again. Blessed be )O(

Have ordered third eye tea twice the first time it did take a while to arrive but most recent order arrived quickly and the tea is absolutely incredible really highly recommend

A shambles of a business. I have ordered twice now and both times I was extremely unimpressed.
My recent experience (I thought I would give them another chance) it took nearly a month to send me my order, with zero communication despite my emails and messages. I finally received an email saying it was on its way, here's your tracking number - there was no tracking number. It finally arrived in a massive envelope (it was 2 rings in a small black bag) costing £1.55 postage despite charging me £4.79. The ring is massive and of no use to me, so I asked if they had other sizes, surprise, no response. I then start looking for an obsidian ring and what do I find? The exact same rings on Shein for £3.50, I paid £18 for obsidian rings, and these are not obsidian rings.
Avoid at all costs.

I ordered a cup and payed for a reading- I received a cup from home bargains with a wonky sticker on it and I still have not had my reading. I have asked for a refund and I have been ignored.
I’m really disappointed because I wanted to support a fellow small business owner like myself, and I really can’t afford to be nearly £40 out of pocket for absolutely nothing. I’m really sad that it’s come to having to leave a bad review

Nearly 4 months in still no order or refund. I have contacted through messenger, whattsapp, Facebook posts which got deleted and paypal they just ignore you. Unfortunately I paid through PayPal friends and family so I can't get a refund and they obviously know this hence why they are ignoring me. Lost a customer here I am afraid

Items never arrived, and they are very slow to respond to emails.
I have ordered from them before, and had to chase them to get a response, and eventually, my order.
Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. What a huge mistake!

I was so hurt and disappointed by this company . They prey on vulnerable people .

I purchased a ring for my friends birthday in November. After about 10 days I messaged the company asking if it had been send, their reply was it will be sent after being blessed in the full moon. January came, still nothing. I emailed them saying that nothing had been received and as it was for a friend's birthday I would like a refund. They never replied and ignored my messages. I claimed my money back through PayPal luckily. Disgusting customer service, seems like I'm not the only one!

I purchased tea on 10/11/23. After a month - and no tea - I got in touch. 'Emerald' said it would be sent out as soon as 'Willow' blended it. Another month went by with no tea. This time Emerald said it would be sent out as soon as possible. Another month and I asked for my money back. Emerald didn't even bother to look at the message. I contacted PayPal and obtained a refund that way.
Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Customer service is appalling and you get constant spam from them offering Tarot readings. Unimpressed.

Teas taste good. Service is very very slow. Items missing. No one replies to messages when I try to contact them.
I have two items I have not received and a promise of a free gift for my wait
I have had no responce to my email no free gift. No refund for missing items.

Poor customer service, delivery and communication.
Purchased tea over 4 weeks ago (28th August) and still waiting!.
I asked for a refund but was told my order had been dispatched and that they had proof of postage which they clearly didn't because when I asked for a copy of it they then decided to ignore my messages completely. Disgraceful, Poor service to be avoiding giving a refund for a product that hasn't been provided. And for what? £25! Clearly don't know the first thing about customer service or how to run a proper successful business.
Will not buy from them again and certainly would not recommend to anyone else.
AVOID!!!
If you can't trust the seller, you can't trust the product.
