The lens was fairly priced, in good (used) condition and arrived promptly. I had no complaints, so I can't comment on follow-up service.

I can be assured what I am buying is genuine not a "will fit" Chinese copy.

Simple efficient trade in process and good prices. All went very smoothly though slightly confused as to why I had an email asking if I was VAT registered when I believe I had already answered that question when accepting the trade in updated offer.

Used this company several times, buying new and used, and part exchanging. The service is efficient and pricing competitive. They also know their stuff which is a great advantage compared with more general stores.

Love this shop. I always buy my films from here and collect them in store due to the great prices, and helpful people in store. I recommend the Kodak Colorplus and the Kentmere range which is very affordable. I understand wex doesn't receive a lot of money from these small film purchases, however the people in store always are friendly and happy to help. Thanks

Good choices of used lenses. Payment and delivery was easy and fast. As with all other used lenses I have purchased, this item was almost as new condition. I will be shopping again at WEX.

I traded in some items for a new lens. Received valuation which was happy with. Received labels to download and took my parcel to local post office which had a DPD collection point. I was informed by DPD that the parcel had been collected and was on its way. The next day DPD advised me they had delivered parcel to WEX i then received an e-mail from WEX confirming receipt and that they were examining my gear.
Next day I received an e-mail confirming they were offering me slightly more. I accepted .
The lens I wanted was out of stock but they reserved me a copy. I was kept up to date at all times and when lend did arrive I phoned wex who dealt with the transaction and were able to send the lens the same day.
I received the lens the following morning.
Service was excellent throughout and I can thoroughly recommend WEX
