Very satisfied customer
I traded in some items for a new lens. Received valuation which was happy with. Received labels to download and took my parcel to local post office which had a DPD collection point. I was informed by DPD that the parcel had been collected and was on its way. The next day DPD advised me they had delivered parcel to WEX i then received an e-mail from WEX confirming receipt and that they were examining my gear.
Next day I received an e-mail confirming they were offering me slightly more. I accepted .
The lens I wanted was out of stock but they reserved me a copy. I was kept up to date at all times and when lend did arrive I phoned wex who dealt with the transaction and were able to send the lens the same day.
I received the lens the following morning.
Service was excellent throughout and I can thoroughly recommend WEX

The item was ready to pick up in the Whitechapel store the same day when ordered online. The store staff were courteous and was happy to let me wait in the store with my foldable bike for my Uber should I want to. The store was big. I got the cheaper BenQ monitor and it works great do far and the screen colour matched my MacBook well.

The Eizo monitor I purchased was well priced and the order processed very quickly. The courier had a problem with delivery but service from WEX was excellent in all respects and I received the monitor in just two days.
