Just had 8 windows fitted from Walkers Windows, we have had excellent service from start to finish & would highly recommend them.
Everyone was professional & friendly from the salesman Ayub, the Surveyor Dave & the fitter Jay.
A special mention & thank you to Jay Manthorpe who fitted the windows , he was absolutely brilliant and has done an amazing job.

A bit hit and miss. I needed 2 new windows so called to make an appointment for someone to come out and give me a quote.
I was a bit put out when i was asked for my partner to be present too. I asked if this was really necessary as i was capable of making my own decisions and partner wasnt at all interested. They did eventually agree to come out and quote. I thought it would be a pushy salesperson but it wasnt. It was a polite young man.
My quote came promptly which was competitive and i agreed to have windows done and i paid the required deposit.
Another person came out to double check everything and gave me a date for installation, i opted for the day after as i knew i could be off work on that date.
I then receive a call saying that unfortunatly i would need to pay more for one of the windows which i was a bit peeved about as i had already paid a deposit and agreed to work and booked day off.
Then i was told after that the fitting date would have to be put back a fortnight. This was also a bit annoying as i had organised work cover for myself and now i had to change around.
On the day, the installers were polite and clean and quiet (no noisy radios )they also kept me updated on their arrival time. No issues with the installation guys. Did a great job!
On inspection after they had gone i found that one of the units in one of the windows was incorrect and not what was ordered so i have to wait another 3 weeks for correct unit to be ordered and fitted.
All in all not a smooth experience but apart from initial conversation where i was told my partner would have to be present when they came to quote, everyone else has been polite and i have always been promptly updated when the issues arose.

John and Donna were lovely, very fast and efficient.

Professional at all times, their communication skills to each other and to me were brilliant.

Out of the interactions ive had with all the walkers windows team, these two were the best.

We had Mark Ingram as our installer we were very happy with the installation of our windows very polite and left everything clean and tidy, would recommend this company

Great work by your team. Jamie and Jay were very efficient and completed all the installation work whilst consulting and checking with us to make sure we were happy. They tidied up and left everything clean.

Had French doors and windows installed today by Phil, Stuart and Oscar. They were a great vibe - relaxed and friendly, and did a beautiful and thorough job. The improvement is dramatic and we’re really happy with the whole experience.

This is the second time i have purchased from Walkers. Walkers were great with finding me a replacement patio door, explaining the options and finance. I felt heard, and under no pressure to buy.

I was able to select a convenient installation date and time (morning/afternoon), and the team were responsive to queries when I emailed.

Mark and Steve installed the patio door, they were friendly, professional and efficient.

Would highly recommend.

Had a new door fitted today by John & Donna. They arrived on time and both very pleasant. Set to work straight away removing the old door and fitting the new one. Everything has been done to a high standard and much quicker than I expected.
They took the time to show me how the locks work and talk through the finishing touches and the warranty.
Everything has been left spotless - wouldn’t know they had been except for having a new door to look at which I am delighted with.
I would highly recommend Walkers Windows and John & Donna as installers.

John and Donna were professional and courteous. A dust sheet prevented the carpet from getting dirty and they vacuumed up, after themselves. I am highly delighted with my 2 new external doors. Dealing with Walkers Windows was a pleasure from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
