Get a person to answer phone. Don't care for stupid recordings that tell me same stupid nonsense and no answer

I'm here in Braselton,Ga Spout spring rd 8/12/2023. Service was ok but the food was super cold. Burnt bacon. Bad everytime she cook to order. The main cook was on the phone while cooking

The food and service were both excellent even tho the cook and waitress were both quite busy. Our cook was Lee and our waitress was Sherry. We will definitely be back. The waffle house was #378 in Raleigh,NC.

Well call the waffle house over eight different times to have a recording pick up and say they’re tending to the dine in customers at the moment so I went and passed in front of the waffle house. There was exactly one car in the parking lot that’s right one car, so how busy could they be

I like food but employes always angry, not everyone but it ´s a seal of waffle H. :(

The Waffle House off Montage Ave in N. Charleston near I-26 is the worst. Waitress refused to clean off the table or even offer a wet towel so I could do it myself. No one was in the store. I've been going there for over 30 years, not again I'll go to McDonalds across the street. Everyone in the store needs to be fired !!!

We were in Hattiesburg ms Waffle House. The cook continued to brush her hair out of her face with her gloves on. I made a complaint to the waitress who told the girl. And her response was I just changed my gloves. No she didn’t. I was watching her like a hawk. She continued to rant and rave about the situation instead of changing her gloves and doing her job. She kept the same gloves on and about 4 or 5 min later she pulls her gloves off and made a point of holding them up and made sure I was looking and she waved her gloves in the air while looking at me and says look I’m changing my gloves for the ones who needs to know. It was very unprofessional and she should not treat her customers that way. I canceled my order and told her she didn’t have to treat her customers the way she did. Not only did I walk out. My mother who seen it and heard her talking about me. Also a man walked out. All yal have to do is pull the camera and see I’m not lieing. She doesn’t need to work in public. All she had to do was change her gloves and continue with her job.

Quick, clean, and inexpensive. The food tasted perfect.

I’ve been eating at the location on 2600 Mercury Blvd in Hampton Va for years. The service, food and staff are awesome. I recently move to another city and tried location in that area. I was not satisfied with the staff or the service. Needless to say I travel the distance to eat at my favorite location. I walked in and instantly they welcomed me , asked me where I’d been and if I wanted my usual. Like the sitcom Cheers theme song , I want to go where everybody knows my name.

I was with a date Saturday night about 11:00pm. Drank 2 cups coffee and watris said we had to leave because it was getting busy

For the second time I come to eat at Waffle House store #2006 in Jacksonville Florida and the restaurant is closed even though it show open on its website, I went to store 1518 and same thing closed and website says that it’s open, both time the parking lot had more the four car playing music out loud. I don’t know what is happening, but someone is sabotaging my preferred restaurant for breakfast.😡☹️

The waitress was so nice and easy going. They played a birthday song for my best friend who never been to waffle house. They made it an exciting experience for her. The food was awesome!

I went to Olive Branch location got a to go order Tina the waitress was so nice very helpful me and my wife decided to dine in because she made us feel so welcomed and she's very funny a people person

I did not receive a order eggs on on my order and I was charged $16.20 and I've tried to call the store in Germantown road and it's a recording that they can't take no calls at the time and I was letting you know that I don't not appreciate what happened to my order you can reach me at you can call me at 901-262-7339 my name is Melvin Kimble thanks

This was only time I visited. There were several young people fighting. I asked a worker if anything she could do and she said if she caused a problem she would be fired and then the corporation would give her a bad reference. This company is beyond shameful. I can't remember the exact date but I saw a nws report today and decided I would include my experience
