After about twenty minutes of time waiting for service when the employee was on her phone and I was the only one there I ended up getting my own coffee and was not asked about dinner

Waffle House opened a new place in Kyle, TX recently. I have always liked going to a Waffle House. My wife and I visited the new Waffle House last Sunday, and we had to leave as the music was so loud. It was early in the morning, and had no expectations to be blasted out with loud music. Will visit other Waffle Houses this summer with hopes to not incur loud music.

I took my family to the waffle house in pcb and let me just say , the food was amazing . jess was amazing and had the most exceptional customer service. The food was also fresh and came in good portions . I will be bringing my family back.

Food was awful and extremely overpriced. £14 for a cold breakfast that should be hot

Did lunch with family and friends and had amazing time with too much food actually as portions were huge so we all enjoyed fellowship atmosphere and good service thank you

My wife & I ate at the Waffle House at University & Old Shell Road in Mobile, Alabama & 24 hours later we are both very sick. Food was very greasy. Restaurant was dirty & floor was slippery with grease & water.. There is no excuse for the poor quality food & dirty condition of the Restaurant. Don’t eat there.until this place is cleaned & a lady named Kim is the cook. The guy named CHRIS is a disgrace to Waffle House.

waffle house 2219 was immaculate! best ever we have ever been in! we have eaten across county in waffle houses this one was so clean! deserves recognition!

Brandy & Wendy are always friendly, efficient...with excellent service. We went past several Waffle Houses to get to 11201 Ironbridge Rd Chester, Virginia
Plus food & coffee were excellent.

Back in the day when I worked at Waffle House you were not even aloud to talk back to a customer well u have visited some lately they cuss at the customers they talk on their cell phones in the floor and they smoke weed in the back room what is going on Waffle House us ghetto nasty and not a family restaurant anymore

So my review isn't on the food because Waffle House food is normally pretty good as always. My complaint is to make you aware of all these extra charges.
First, I came here today to get the regular 2 egg breakfast x's 2 which now is $9.50 x's 2 should have been $19.00.
See the receipt, first they charged me 22.75, then 2.28 for a Service Fee and 2.28 for To Go fee and then I tipped 2.00 (I hadn't seen the receipt yet). She didn't offer it and probably because she knew all those charges were on there, but when I asked for it, it was all there plain to see.
The lady sitting beside me giggled and said this was their new normal if you are doing carry out and that I should have stayed to eat.
This is so sad because I could have just gone down the street to Biscuitville and been out of there for for less than 10 - 15 for two.
Nevertheless if this is how they want to treat a 30 year customer, then I certainly know the way to Biscuitville.

This U.S. Army Signal Corps Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran who used his G.I. Bill to become a certified chef at Le Cordon Bleu, College of Culinary Arts had a terrible experience at the waffle house in Troy, Alabama where the mask-wearing waitress, Leslyn, decided that she was going to try to overcharge me for my food for some reason. Maybe it was the Uncle Sam patriotic top hat? Not my problem, what is my problem is that I showed the ticket to the manager/line cook and he comped my meal so I tipped him, I worked in several kitchens myself; the next day I went back because that manager handled the problem professionally and noticed the same mask wearing Leslyn waiting tables on some guy, so I say “you may want to check before you pay because your waitress tried to overcharge me the day prior, and the District Manager of this Waffle House gets all butthurt and says that I am not allowed to talk about that since it was handled and comped.

Well, excuse me for thinking this was America where we have the freedom to talk to other people about whatever we want to.

I asked him if he said I cannot say that in these United States of America and he again repeated himself so I politely told the chubby commie to “f off”.

Then, he calls the Troy Police on me for using the F word and not leaving when he tried to kick me out because I was trying to finish my meal so I could pay and go, it takes a little longer since I have been fighting with the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System for years trying to get some teeth put back in my mouth.

Sgt Nelson of the Troy Police came in and started interrogating me much worse than the police treat the citizens in Germany. 🇩🇪 I didn't give him my ID card so he had me lay face down on that nasty floor so he could handcuff me and take me to booking for “Obstructing Government Operations”

I learned several lessons. Sgt Nelson has a communist mindset and should not be an officer. The district manager of Troy, Alabama’s Waffle House gets triggered if you talk about how much he allows his employees to fail at doing a good job and earning their money.

I almost forgot to mention, the cowardly district manager yelled something at me from his vehicle and when I pulled over and asked him what he said, he tucked his tail between his legs and kept his mouth shut!

I enlisted in the U.S. Army to protect your freedoms. I have to go to court in February for this. Please help me by letting the Troy Alabama Police and Waffle House know how you feel about this and share this story to make it go viral because if that can happen to me, that can happen to you, and that needs to stop right now!

Thought I would give you a 2nd chance. However, I am sorry to say there will not be a 3rd time! Each time I sat in a booth waiting to be served for a long time while two waitresses at the end of the counter looked at me but made no effort whatsoever to serve me. Finally a waitress came from the back as I was leaving. She didn't ask if she could help me, only if i was Leaving. Are the waitress not allowed to leave their service area?

Not the best experience. Food was cold. I ordered Jacket Potato with pulled pork and cheese. The potato was cold and lumpy and the pulled pork and cheese was so small. We ordered burgers too and the chef forgot to put the cheese in. Lovely place but a disappointing visit 😕

Food wasn't bad but the it was very loud and annoying, the music was really loud and the workers were talking loud and heard some cussing going on it was like being in there with a bunch of loud kids, I was there at 6:00 am, at the on on s. Emerson, Beech Grove,IN. On my way to work, not likely I'll stop there again, way to early to hear all that, I just wanted a quite breakfast, I was the only one there besides the workers.

Baton Rouge Louisiana. Siegen lane store. Best visit ever. Last two times Shalinda was our server. She went out of her way to make us feel special even though they were busy. She deserves a raise! Food was perfect. Staff worked as a team.

The service was great as was the food. It was an all female crew and the teamwork was amazing. Our serverJulia was awesome. The unit manager Chistine runs a very good operation. This was at unit 1642 Girard, Ohio. Will definitely cone back fir breakfast often.

Nikki my server at store 2113 always treats me certain well and always goes above and beyond to take good care of me along with all the other team members at 2113 but with Nikki she's very sweet and loving towards me, I always tip her well for her fantastic service love her quarky sense of humor and her jokes, she always greets me with a wonderful smile and a hug which is why I enjoy her company when I visit store 2113 all team members I lo e them all

We stopped at the Waffle House in Bellwood on Willis Road in Virginia. The food was terrific! Piping hot and freshly made. But the best part of our experience was the staff!! The ladies were hilarious! I felt like we walked into the set of Steel Magnolias! Our hats are off to these ladies for making a couple of Yankees feel at home in the South. Thank Y'all.
