The service was incredibly slow employees were incredibly rude. The cook has his pants hanging down below his ass with his whole butt exposed another cook look like he just rolled out of bed, constantly, licking his fingers and digging in his ass and ended up having to walk out starving the manager was incredibly rude was not on top of her staff. I don’t think she can make a bowl of cereal properly. She’s just a training all over again.

The entire grill area needs a detailed cleaning. There is a bucket hanging beneath the small grill that has caked on matter. It needs scrubbing as it is certainly not appetizing to be faced with it while eating. The security camera screen which is not over the grill has grease running down the screen. The big yellow sign over the grill is filthy. The doors of Unit 884 should be closed and locked while a field day takes place. I just left your place not 10 minutes ago. I am pretty much a regular customer, but I will not order and eat there again until the mess is corrected. Thank you.

I began going to Store # 1696 on Buford Highway in Norcross. The friendly smile, quick service and overall atmoshphere made me come back again and again. My favorite person is Joshua - the cook. He has such a bright and wonderful personality not to mention that he's a great cook. Thank you hostesses and cooks at Waffle House # 1696.

I just ate at the Waffle House in Clemmons North Carolina. That's the nastiest place I've ever dared to eat in my life next to a construction job. There were people in there just standing around talking to each other while the bar was covered with rings from glasses that had been on the bar and had never been wiped up. There was food all over the place in the kitchen. No one was even attempting to clean up the horrible mess in the place and I believe if I wasn't about half-ass starving to death I would have just got up and walked out. Everything I touched as far as ketchup sugar salt or whatever had something sticky all over it. It was disgusting to say the very least. Something really really needs to be done about that!

The food was perfect, the service stellar and the restaurant was clean and orderly.

There is NO customer service at wh any longer. Bad attitudes, no competent labor force. This goes for both of the Horn Lake, Mississippi locations. This morning was the final straw, I will not be back.

I patronized the Waffle House on 23rd street in chAttanooga Tennessee @ 10:38 am today. My meal had hashbrowns with it. When she brought me the hashbrowns I could smell the strong odor as she handed me the plate. It smelled like a cleanser. I tasted the hashbrowns and not only did they taste like cleaner too. My mouth and throat ,gums became numb. I told the waitress. She took them back and told me that the manager would come speak to me. She didn't look my way or make any effort to speak with me. I payed for my meal and went to the er I'm still here @1:21 pm. No apologies nor offered a refund, nothing at all. If I did that to someone I would apologize and do the right thing

Shalimar fla.. stopped after work this morning around 3am.. lady only had 2 customers and was in a bad mood, throwing dishes and complaining loudly that she had no help except the cook.. she told me very rudely that I could wait for my daughter to get out the bathroom before I place my order.after my daughter got seated then as I was placing the order she rudely said make an order or get out then, threw dishes in the sink agian that scarier everyone. We then canceled our order and left..
No customer should have to be treated this way.. for now on I’ll pass by this place..

Stopped at the Waffle House in Fredericksburg, Va on hwy 5328 Jeff Davis Hwy the service was great but the cleaning Part a disaster the bathrooms look like they haven’t been clean in ages The sink and Toilet look like a greaseball and the toilet was full of crap everywhere like if somebody had an industrial accident.
and there was very thick dust particles hanging from the ceiling and AC vents like if they haven’t been wiped down in 50 years

We went to the Louisa Ky location. Our server Cynthia was the best waitress ever. Made sure we got our food exactly the way we wanted it (bacon,waffle) not burnt but crispy, waffle crunchy but not burnt. The cook Justin was amazing and made sure our food was cooked to perfection. Just a great atmosphere. And if I didn't live so far away from this waffle house I would prefer this one out of every one in Huntington and Barboursville.

Went to the Waffle House on Russ Ave in Waynesville NC was sat at a dirty table .Got our drinks and he took our order and everyone just started doing there own thing.We waited 10-15 before I said anything and he said I’m sorry and went to the back and never said anything else so finally I went to where the other server and manger/cook was sitting and ask about our order her response was you’ll get it and the manager never said anything.So I waited a few more minutes and. The manager was at the register so I went to talk to him , he never looked up , said he was sorry or nothing. So I told him we was leaving and he said well he had to do these reports and it had to be done now ..I understand things are important but I thought taken care of guest was number 1 . It was 8:20 and not busy and be be treated that way totally wrong .I know help is hard to come by but 2 servers and a cook was plenty and that’s all they have ever had .

I have eaten at this waffle house a number of times. I have also placed “to go orders” on occasions. On our way home from church, June 5, 2022, we stopped in this location (7109 W BROAD ST RICHMOND, VA 23294) to place a "to go" order. The servers greeted us when we entered. We walked to the counter and stood for at least three minutes before anyone asked could they help us. The atmosphere was different, very pensive. When I told the server I wanted to place a to go order, she asked an elderly white lady with white hair. The elderly white lady with white hair responded, "no to go orders." The server came back to us and said embarrassingly, "no to go orders today.” Why didn’t the manager place a sign on the door or window, “NO TO GO ORDERS?” There was no line, and it was not crowded, therefore when we entered the establishment one of the servers could have told us that they were not taking “to go orders” today. By these steps being avoided it left us to gather our own opinion.
Did the elderly manager look up and see we were Black, therefore decided she was not serving us today? Was the elderly manager suffering from dementia? Either way it was extremely uncomfortable. Of course, we chose the first, she did not want to serve Black people. When I looked around the restaurant, I only saw white people being served. Needless to say, she was an embarrassment to your organization. If we were younger, we would have caused a scene then went outside and recorded it on the phone. The police would have come and then you would have been looked at as a racist organization.
More importantly, the atmosphere was horrible, and I feel sorry for the people who have to collaborate with the elderly lady with white hair. We do believe and feel this was a racist move. I look forward to hearing from your organization before I move further.

as i frequent the 9800 blairwood ave. location in louisville, ky, i want to comment on the " uplifting and positive " attitude i've observed of the 3rd shift supervisor, " tah ".
she has continually had a warm disposition on the people around her and i appreciate it;

Underneath the cooks counter, sewage had backed up. It had left dirt, garbage and slime on the floor right in front of the customers eyes....I mentioned it but nobody seemed to care. . If you value ANY kind of food safety, do not eat here.....health department was called....this resturant is FILTHY

Our nephew from New York City was visiting us in Madison, Alabama on vacation and was dying to go to Waffle House. We went to the restaurant on Hughes Road and U.S 72 and the server's name was Gray. She was friendly, polite and very efficient. We will return to the Waffle House again and more frequently.

Waffle House Clinton, MS- says they don't hve enough staff to do Togo orders mind you; I saw 8 people in the grill area!!!!!!! Normally they hve a pack house with only two workers and they take Togo orders - The manager then said, they are about to get off work, but you’re at work!!!!!!! They had only a few customers sitting down eating!!!!!!! This is bad business Waffle House in Clinton, MS!!!!!!!

On Dec 20 my husband & I visited Waffle House #1946 in Columbus Ohio. We are from Kentucky. The restaurant was the cleanest I have seen at a Waffle House. The portions were enough to fill us up. Cooked just right and excellent. The staff was very nice & courteous. The manager was the best I have seen at a Waffle House. We have had so much bad service at our local Waffle House that we refuse to go bad. It was like breath of fresh air to be able to visit a Waffle House as excellent as this establishment. Thank you to the manager & crew for such a wonderful experience. If we ever have to stay in Columbus again we definitely eat there again.

I ate at the waffle house on marthe berry in Rome ga. Was surprised really at the exceptional service. Above and beyond ! The server , Lynn was very attentive and the cook , Bobby cooked the PERFECT bacon egg breakfast. First time ever the bacon was crisp amd not burnt with rubbery pieces on it. Would recommend them. Store #790. Ive eaten at alot of WH's and the first time for total perfection. Ya'll want to keep these two !!!!
