Great sturdy product. Our 5 boys can all easily play together on this massive trampoline. Very safe and easy to assemble.

Contacted customer service to order some extra parts for our Vuly equipment. Support was friendly and helpful. We love our Vuly trampoline and swing set. High quality and lasts well in the Brisbane conditions. We'll never buy another brand!

As i was browsing and looking for a trampoline, vuly tick the boxes for all the things i wanted for safety and the kids will enjoy and definetely i did the best decision going with vuly! very sturdy and also easy to assemble!

I ordered a ninja quest pro large jungle gym in November 2024. It arrived on Christmas eve however multiple parts were missing. Since then (5 months have elapsed) I've had intermittent deliveries of incorrect pieces and still don't have a complete playset. Meanwhile this thing sits in my yard and my kids can't use it properly. A $2000 white elephant! If you value customer service and a seamless purchase process, avoid Vuly!

We chose the Vuly Ultra XL for our 3 kids due to the size and safety features, and our expectations have been exceeded. It is the perfect size for all 3 of them to play together without being crowded and bumping into each other. It was a quick and easy set up, even given the size and in the dark, and has handled the 3 of them with no worries at all. It is outside in the North QLD sun and has not faded a bit, whereas other brands have previously faded and started disintegrating within the same time frame since purchase. The quality is unreal, and shade cover a must. Shipping was incredibly fast too. We appreciated the call from customer service to answer any questions we might have had whilst it was sitting in cart before purchase. 10/10 recommend.

We have recently ordered a new safety net for our much loved Vuly XL trampoline. The service from Vuly was absolutely amazing !!! 10/10. This trampoline has been the best investment for fun and active kids. Living rurally this is also a huge relief to be able to order and receive replacement parts to ensure our Bush kids enjoy their vuly safely. Couldn't recommend them more highly !

I bought my kids the quest playground and what a mess. I had to pay two handymen to put it together, it took them about 8 hours. They struggled because SO MANY of the holes did not line up. Some bars were warped, screws were stripped, instructions were unhelpful and paint was scratched. The whole thing shakes. My kids are little and yet when my 60 pound child does the monkey bars, the swings, the flying fox, the whole thing shakes. Vuly repeatedly tells me its normal, but in their shared videos you do not see the whole thing shaking. It is NOT SAFE. The flying fox should be called the deadly fox. It hardly moves on its own, but if you try to push your kids on it, they will run into the big metal bars. Their heads, their legs, their feet, everything will be smashed into the big metal poles. The ropes on the swings are different lengths so the swings swing at an angle and right into the poles. Not safe. The roman rings are not long enough for kids. My kids are 48" and can barely reach them, and that is on the lowest level of the monkey bars. The sun shade on top falls off in even the slightest of winds. The "bounce swing" doesnt actually bounce. There is no place to swing while someone is on the monkey bars. So basically its just monkey bars. If you have one kid, im sure they would be fine, but anymore than one and they have to constantly wait for the other to stop their activity before proceeding with theirs. All in all it is a total waste of money. It is unsafe and poorly made. I have been waiting MONTHS for vuly to fix the issues and they are useless. I just want a refund. I want this dangerous monstrosity out of my yard.

Recently bought our second Vuly, after the first was a causality of some wild weather. Upgraded to the Large Thunder 2. Can't wait for more hours of fun on our Vuly!

Recently purchased a Vuly Thunder 2 trampoline, very easy to assemble. Customer service was great. Even though we had issues with the delivery driver, Vuly has stepped up and fixed the issues.

Awesome quality. Easy build. My son had so much fun on it the first day we had to pry him off it for meals!

I recently purchased the Vuly Ultra 2 Trampoline (Large), and it has been fantastic! The large size is perfect—not too big, not too small. The high-quality safety walls make it feel extra secure, and the overall design is very sturdy.

I also got the ladder, basketball hoop, and shade cloth as extras. The shade cloth is a great addition, providing peace of mind by reducing sun exposure while jumping. It’s a thoughtful touch for those hot days!

If you ever wanted to know the secret to a great childhood, I'll let you in on a secret. The Vuly Quest2 quickly became our complete all-in-one and one-for-all answer to our 'Summer of 2025'. Picture balmy Melbourne summer evenings where housebound toys have lost their charm. Dinner picnics spread across the lawn, out Vuly wireless speaker playing our 4 YO's favourite song of the year, 'APT' on repeat, and most of all, hearing the squeals and seeing the smiles of our two children (and later, their little friends, to test out the new backyard extroardinare for themselves). Golden moments worth their weight in gold, and that's what we got when we ordered the Vuly Quest2. Hot off a recent special offer, and a number of funky accessories to add fun to the mix, the order process (complete with scaled preview of our chosen design and accessories), delivery, tracking, and installation support, has been second to none. This is the best purchase we have ever made for our children. Better than their first big kid beds (that they hardly slept in) or popular toys that are stranded at the back of their cupboards, this Vuly Quest2 set gets used every single day, rain, hail or shine, and much to our dismay at times, before breakfast or dinner have even been eaten, or get eaten at all, when there's monkey bars, swings and cable nets demanding their time, attention and skill refinement. In the weeks we have had this, our eldest has grown so much more confident in her gross motor skills and bar strength, that this Vuly set has still cost us less and been more of a ROI than the toddler gymnastics we spent an arm and a leg on back in the day. Do yourself a favour, if you want to bring back the childhood of yesteryear (AKA the ones we had in the 80s and 90s) then this is the answer. Stop scrolling, put the phone down once you've clicked 'complete order' on that cart, and head outside for the best summers (and years) to come.

The playground equipment is nice but ours came missing a piece. We tried to call the customer service and sent an email to their customer service without a response. The swing had a defective plastic piece and is unusable.

I purchased a swing set with three different swings, the cubby with the sandbox below it, and the shade cover. This was a very disappointing purchase. When I unboxed it, I found that every single piece of black tubing had damage to the powder coating. The damage varied from light scrapes to deep gouges due to poor packaging. There were also a few areas where the powder coating just wasn’t applied very well. I got it assembled by the end of May 2024, quite difficult due to a couple of the parts, not fitting together properly. Within two days I started noticing rust coming through the powder coating on many pieces. The swing set is not suitable for Texas heat and humidity. I reached out to the company, but they ignored me. The cubby has a trampoline floor but the roof is barely high enough for my four-year-old daughters to stand, let alone jump. If they were to jump, they would hit their heads on the black tubes that run along the ceiling of the cubby. It is certainly not suitable for kids six and up, as indicated on the company‘s website. I would definitely not recommend this swing set to anybody.

Very happy with our Vuly 2 Ultra trampoline. We went for the medium which is the perfect size for our 4 & 6 year old. Husband was able to put it together alone in less than an hour! Would definitely recommend getting the ladder as the trampoline is quite high off the ground.

This Aussie company is very easy to deal with. They communicated through the whole process, right up to delivery.
