The set was due for delivery on Wednesday but still hasn’t been delivered two days later. Growplay are no longer responding to emails and don’t have a contact line. I would urge caution before ordering through them and consider a vendor that have direct means of contact

Unfortunately I'm unable to review the actual play frame itself because it still has not been delivered. It has been with pallet force since 26/3 and every time they arrange a delivery (and I waste another booked holiday day off work) it doesn't come. It's a shame that growplay chose to use such unreliable couriers as it has definitely soured the experience.

We ordered the large frame with almost all the accessories The Monkey Bridge height was no listed on the ordering page for the large frame. It is extremally tall to the point it is dangerous for kids. It would be tall for me being 6' 2". When we contacted the customer service, they refused to do anything because it was assembled even though it was in new, unused condition. They wouldn't offer so much as a minor credit or coupon to help purchase something else from them. This is extremally disappointing for multi-thousand dollar pieces of metal. I'd recommend looking to other companies such as Vuly or on Alibaba where you can at least spend less.

We love it, we bought the large frame, our kids are on the young side for it (2&4), but our 4 yr old is fab at the monkey bars and it’s so reassuring to be able to set them really low to keep it safer and let it grow with them. Both love the swings. In fact having a swing has taught my son how to use his legs to swing himself- a proud moment for him and a hands free time achievement for me! He’s also enjoying spinning upside down on the tumble bars. We didn’t want to buy an interim climbing frame and they had both really outgrown the toddler one. My 2.5 yr old mostly just uses the swing, but I hope the addition of the cargo net at Christmas will be good for her too.

I found the instructions very straightforward, I had an issue I resolved with my own supplies, with one bolt. They are sending the replacement to swap in as well. I put the main parts together alone, and then two of us stood it up and connected the various parts. To be honest it’s the sort of thing I find fun- there are written instructions you can print for nearly all the frames I think.

We have had it for 4 months and have just ordered a couple of extras to add to it over Christmas, which will be fun.

Fantastic company to deal with, good communication from them & delivery was fast and easy. 1 item was missing, but contacted them and they resolved straight away. Courier was great. Definitely recommend!

Excellent kit. Solid and great for developing out door activities for children. Assembly was a little complicated.

Great experiencing ordering but won't honour the 20 discount or free delivery on the items I need but couldn't order as part frame as they were out of order. After nearly 2000 spend , I would have hoped for better customer service

I have had the growplay set for a few years now and it is the best purchase I think I have ever made. Wanted to reassure people on it’s longevity-not a single sign of wear and tear or rust in the Uk weather. My kids are in their teens now but they haven’t outgrown it - using it for and strength/ ninja stuff as well as a place to hang out with friends. It is amazing
and wanted to write this review because I would love this company to grow and succeed.

I spent over £2,000 on Growplay monkey bars and was promised delivery within 7 to 10 working days. It’s now been well over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing—no updates, no tracking info, not even a reply to the multiple emails I’ve sent chasing it up.

The only emails I *have* received are promotional ones trying to sell me more products—ridiculous when they haven’t even delivered what I already paid for. There’s no UK contact number to call, and the customer service has been completely non-existent.

At this point, I’ve had to open a case with MasterCard just to try and get my money back. I honestly have no idea if the product is even going to arrive. Total shambles. Be very wary before giving this company your money.

Delivery is an absolute nightmare! No information about when the item may arrive, had to send multiple emails asking for info. Told it was being dispatched in one delivery and yet it wasn't, then half of it dispatched a week later and still waiting on the other half. No information on when it's coming until the day before, not ideal for people that actually work or have a life. This play frame is amazing, its exceeded all expectations! So easy to put together and it’s incredibly sturdy. The kids love it and have had hours of fun.

I spent £950 in April 2024 on the classic frame and now in June 2025 I am trying to purchase the expansion kit and am being told the company no longer delivers to Northern Ireland. I think that is extremely poor customer service, to leave customers in the lurch like that with an expensive product that they cannot use properly.

Great upgrade on our previous climbing frame. Great for kids and space for adults to work out. Great fun for kids for the future

I am having an awful experience with this Company and it still isn't over. I ordered the Compact back in March and the original shipping date elapsed with no notification of the delay or reason why. I have had to be the one repeatedly getting in touch with the Company via email (as there is no option to phone) to find out where my order is. I was informed that the order should be back in stock by the 21st April but then this deadline passed and again, I have had to be the one emailing to find out what is going on. The new date that we were given was early June for dispatch. We were then notified mid May all of a sudden that our item had been shipped - great news however the company they use to deliver the items is awful too. They gave 2 days that they might deliver but then did not turn up on either day and I had to ring them twice to ask where my order was. I was assured that they would ring to confirm a delivery date and time. Then they turned up on a random day the following week without any notification! We are lucky because we work from home but this could be £50 down the drain for anyone else if they appear without contacting the customer. We now have the climbing frame but pieces are missing and it is unsafe to use without it resulting in some frustrated parents and incredibly disappointed children who have waited since March for it. I have emailed the Company to get the missing part but have not had a response! We have spent a lot of money and we are incredibly disappointed with this Company.

Only just built it really but was very good at getting me a replacement part due to the screw hole being damaged got no complaints friendly service and help to resolve my problem my daughter is Autistic so struggle taking her to play areas but she loves it now it's up and she loves to swing spent hours on it Sunday I will be purchasing a few more extras for it😊

Quite impressed with the Monkey Bars.

I ordered a Large Monkey Bar Frame, delivery was as expected. Packing and assembly instructions are well thought of, very little chance of getting anything wrong.

It would take time to build parts if alone (as I was with guidance from my little one) but it all came together in the end. The final composition would definitely require more than one person as the frame is heavy.

My kid is enjoying and playing on it a lot with friends. I wish I had ordered it sooner.

An amazing piece of kit. Strong and relatively easy to put together. My 9 and 13 yr olds are both enjoying some serious playing and I don't have to encourage them to play outside any more. They head out quite happily!!
