Danish & rumail were super helpful worked hard to get us the best deal and had amazing customer service. So much so my partner was convinced to switch to Vodafone aswell !

Kian the sales person in the Vodafone shop in The Trafford Centre, Manchester was very efficient, friendly, with excellent customer service skills. I did everything I asked of him. He went the extra mile. Nothing was too much trouble for him.

I went into the Vodafone store at the Trafford centre with no idea as to which phone to purchase. I sat with Ayesha and her customer service was brilliant. She showed me all phones available and went out of her way to look for the most affordable and suitable price plan for me. Very friendly and professional too.

Thank you Bilal!!
My husband and I were served by Bilal in the store last Sunday. Both of us are over 60 yrs of age and not up to date with phone use and phone knowledge. Bilal welcomed us in store and was SO helpful, patient and professional. He talked us through everything and explained in simple terms, for us both to upgrade our iphones and contract. Bilal ordered new phones for us both. He also demonstrated and explained to me, how simple it was to do the data transfer ourselves, which I have done this afternoon, at home, after collecting the new phones.
A big thank you to Bilal for a fabulous service!!
