Vodafone UK - Manchester Trafford Reviews 

Seriously folks, avoid Vodafone UK. I have been with them since the late 1980's and have had the odd glitch with the service over the years. However on Saturday morning my iPhone decided that it wouldn't receive a mobile signal. So no access to the internet, calls or texts. I went to the Trafford centre Vodafone store on Sunday morning and after a bit of faffing about I was provided with a new sim as I was told the old one had, for what ever reason, become corrupted. I was told that it usually takes from one hour to a maximum of 24 hours for the sim to go online. We are now on Monday evening (09/02/2026) and I still cant access mobile data, texts and calls. If this happens to you you cant access your account details from the Vodafone app or online as it requires you to accept a text for security purposes. I've done the lot, followed all the advice online, been on to the completely useless Tobi web assistant and then have spoken to an online customer service agent who then tells me it can sometimes be longer than 24 hours for the sim to go live. They assured me that it was being pushed through as a priority. 🤣 and I'm still here at 22.43 hrs on Monday 09/02/2026 with no access to mobile data. So the next step is to completely ditch Vodafone ( I was going to spend around £1100.00 on a new iPhone) and do my very best to speak to as many people as I can and let them know what a completely rubbish outfit they have turned into. The vengeance side of all this will be the ending of a commercial contract to the value of around £12000.00 per annum to Vodafone. That should smart a bit. 😉

On entering the store we started talking to a lovely guy, he introduced himself as AJ, we sat down with him and my self and my partner both wanted to update our sim only contracts, AJ found us both a fabulous deal each, much better than what we both had.
He went above and beyond and was so knowledgeable he must be a credit to your company.
He then helped me with things I wasn't sure about on my phone, he never rushed anything he took his time explaining everything, I left the store very happy so thankyou AJ you are such a kind and likeable guy. We will be back when needs be xx

I recently received excellent customer service from Kian at Vodafone in the Trafford Centre. His politeness, patience, customer focus, and problem-solving skills were outstanding. I really appreciated the help. Customers want that.

The sales advisor Kian was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. Very personable young man. I was in Vodafone for a considerable amount of time but he made me feel very comfortable. I was offered a bottle of water due to the length of time I was in the shop. Great customer service!!

I would like to thank you Vodafone Trafford centre branch for helping with the issue of getting my number back which I lost during the porting process. The real star and hero is the boy Kian who listened to me and sorted my problem in less than 5 min.
