Unfortunately I made the human mistake and purchased 3 concert tickets for the wrong date and state. I did catch the mistake within seconds, contacted customer service and was told to either sell the tickets or try to make the concert. I had purchased tickets for 2 other people as well, so I felt awful. But, to spend your hard earned money on many occasions with a company that makes you feel like your money and loyalty is worthless, is heartbreaking 💔 😢
