So much better than Ticketmaster I will…
I couldn’t figure something out with my tickets on my end and was worried I lost my tickets on my phone in the Ticketmaster app. I contacted Vivid Seats since they were purchased with them. Vivid Seats came to my rescue even though tickets were transferred after purchasing to my Ticketmaster app. That’s when the problem began with trying to connect with Ticketmaster! So I ended up contacting Vivid Seats who were wonderful! I’m old and the representative was absolutely fantastic. I previously tried Ticketmaster and was on the phone over an hour, I hung up and then tried chatting with Ticketmaster and they never came on the chat. Vivid Seats is the best! They stuck with me and solved my ticket issue!

I noticed when looking for advance tickets to the Iowa State Fair that vivid seats has an app that sells $41 for tickets that are only $11 on iowa state fair web page in advance and only like $16 at the gate...all general admission...such a rip off company...avoid for everything people!!

Bought World Cup tickets off these guys…
Bought World Cup tickets off these guys on behalf of a friend.
The tickets should be transferable but they deliver tickets that are not controlled by the buyer and ultimately there is no control and high likelihood that tickets couldn’t be used.
Reported immediately on arrival but they ignore any communication and although acknowledge contact. They just rob you off and let visa deal with it.
