Dying wish got ripped out from under us
Bought tickets for an event with great seats received an order confirmation and a charge on my credit card for the amount. A day later I get an email saying the tickets were already sold. These tickets were for someone who is dying and this was her request. Very disappointing. Why was the sale ever approved and the money taken just to deny the sale. Bad business practices and unreliable sales.
