I was expecting a lot better from a widely recognised company and as I have recently started playing on slots and in my naivety I signed up and deposited £10 which i got 200 free spins. Out of that i won 30 quid which i withdrew into my account the next morning when I woke up I eagerly tried to log in to checke my withdrawal progress only to find that I had been logged out of my account and to contact customer service. I spoke to an agent online who advised me to send in all the relevant ID that they required. I did do, including a selfie of myself holding everything that they required. This went back and forth for a few days. I finally got my £30 but for some reason I still remain locked out of my account. I would have loved to have left a nicer review but I feel amiss if I don't make others aware of what may happen if they sign up blindly to this site.

Tried to withdraw my winnings,....

They closed my account and demanded all sorts of id checks and bank details. I sent them the details and still not heard back.

They have essentially stolen my money because i won.

If and when you win good luck getting it all back, conveniently thats when they make you jump through hoops, providing all info inc both sides of a ducks arse. When you do they pay in bits like 3% then another 3% but not it all, that's when the ignored emails start and live chat becomes a parrot. Escalate it they say but nought gets done. 4 attempts to make a complaint and oh yer they ignore that aswell. Grade a c#£@s.

Avioid avoid avoid - I made a mistake in using my brothers Apple Pay, I ended up winning £10,200. They refused to pay me out even though all previous deposits under my own name. This company will do anything to stop you from taking your winnings. So so evil.

I used my sons card as a deposit of £50 and won £600, they would t pay me out the have me £50 back. Thieving b@stards

Same as comments below. On slots: feature spins are rare and when you get them it's dead spins barring 1 or 2 spins with barely any return Vs what you have spent to get there! Wish I’d seen the reviews before signing up.. we all know gambling is a risk but when you don’t ever get a feature and win back a portion of your stake. You can play £20 and get a £0.40 win. This site does not make for a good experience. Very disappointed in the app layout finding games, payouts are non existent. I won’t be putting another penny into this scam site.

I signed up and played for 4 days. Won small amounts of money. Withdrew my winnings which I didn't receive and my account was closed by Virgin Games. Spoke with them, my account needed to be verified by sending them my bank statement, bank details, a selfie photo of me holding my driving licence with today's date outside of my house showing my door number. They finally verified my account after 72 hours and gave me my winnings and they sent me an email stating my account will remain closed and I will never be allowed to open an account with them again....why? Because I won £10 and withdrew it? Worse site ever.
