Order not arrived after 16 days
Placed an order on 7 August. It is now 23 August and it still has not arrived despite the money being taken out of my account on the day the order was placed. When I contacted customer services 3 days ago I was told my order was ‘in a queue waiting to be processed’. How long does it take to pick and pack a few tins of dog food! Absolutely terrible service.

Great service, I put in the wrong dosage for my pet on my order. They contacted me straight away to amend it then sent the medication out straight away. It was delivered a day before it was expected.

They owe me £41 or a bag of dog food
I ordered a bag of horse feed and bag of dog food. Only the horse food turned up. I am £41 out of pocket. I’ve emailed the support address twice with no reply, there is no complaint address or live chat. The wait on the phone number was 18 mins, so I thought I’d wait one more day for an email. It’s now almost 2 weeks so will have to try phoning.

Ordered my usual dog food from Viovet for the first time. It was cheaper with Viovet than ordering direct. I usually have to order directly from Edgard Cooper as Pets at Home don’t stock beef flavour, my dog’s favourite. Delivered as expected, would use again and recommend.
