I bought a 5lt container of medicated…
I bought a 5lt container of medicated horse shampoo, but when it arrived the container lid was entirely stove in, like it had been dropped on the corner with the lid. The delivery box was not in anyway damaged, so I must assume it was packed with the damage. With a lot of effort I have managed to force the lid to a position that I can now unscrew it and get the shampoo out.
