We can ship items to Northern Ireland, just not Medication items, please see below
The main reason is that the rules for veterinary medicines in Northern Ireland changed on 1 January 2026 because of the Windsor Framework, and this is governed by the VMD / VMR which we must legally oblige to.

Avoid. They send wrong order and keep your money.
Ordered a specific puppy food.
They sent adult food instead which is no good for my three month old puppy.
Said they will send a courier to collect in FOUR days, so I'm without my money and no food .
Will Never use this company again.
Customer Service is terrible.
I will be taking this matter higher.

Your complaint was escalated and passed directly to myself to investigate. Upon looking into the matter, we have sent you the correct food that you ordered.
Regarding the food, this has not yet been collected from you, as the courier collection has been booked for Tuesday. You are more than welcome to either keep the food that was sent that is correct and matches what you ordered or, if you no longer require it, simply hand it back to the courier when they collect it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we have worked to put this right.

We are very sorry to hear about the trouble with your DPD delivery and having to collect it yourself.
I have had a look at the tracking and it says you was not home to accept delivery.
You can download the DPD app and select a safe place or neighbor for DPD to leave the parcel for future deliveries.

I think you could do with opening an ability to contact by phone for working people, I was on for 25 min but only get 30min lunch

Had an issue with delivery I paid for, sent an email, but sadly, to date, no response to my issue at all.
This reply is incorrect as on your order online system it allows you to pay £2.99 and select a NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY and there is a drop down to allow you to select a particular day and date for delivery, which I did, but this wasn’t carried out? Says nothing here on your ordering page about next day despatch!?
