All working well

I moved house and needed a new boiler and heating system. The Vitodens 100 I had installed in my last house was still going strong 17 years after being installed - so I had no hesitation in choosing veissmann again for my new boiler. The new Vitodens 100 is fully smart - with its own app and uses opentherm to talk with my Hive thermostat - making the most of the vitodens energy saving features. very satisfied. 12 year warranty as well - peace of mind.

Had my new boiler fitted last week. Fitted quickly, and efficiently, and I really like the app, as if anything is ever amiss, I, or the installer will be notified.

Very compact boiler,hot water comes through very quickly and the thermostat easily setup,long warranty

Great boiler but don't expect wifi on a heat only boiler as it is an extra expense to add an accessory to facilitate use of care app. Not clear in advertising.

Viessmann has an excellent customer service very pleasant efficient and has been a delight to deal with. Makes me very happy to have bought a Viessmann 200 series boiler.

Extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
He completed his checks and diagnosed the fault within 30 minutes.
New parts were fitted and tested.
Great result, highly recommend.

Excellent service. The team was highly efficient, organised, knew exactly what needed to be done. They were also determined to fix the problem, even if more time was required. Also appreciate the fact that they left the place tidy after works. Would highly recommend.

When I called I got through to someone immediately and wasn't put on hold at all. I was given an appointment quickly. The engineer who attended identified the problem immediately and took the time to explain it to me showing me inside the boiler as he carried out the repair. He was professional, friendly, polite and fixed the issue with ease.

The installation team Barry and son from The Boiler Exchange were amazing. Very professional, cheerful and helpful. Completed the install and leaving the property in a better condition compared to what they faced when starting.

My Vitodens 111 boiler started generating error messages and effectively became unresponsive. My call to the Viessmann customer response centre resulted in a visit by Irfan, one of their engineers. I have nothing but praise for Irfan, who is knowledgeable, efficient, tidy and very polite. The problem was identified very quickly by him and resolved effectively with minimal fuss.

Irfaan arrived promptly for my annual service which he’s been overseeing for a few years now. Very professional & friendly. Great engineer!

Fitted perfectly very quiet appears to be very efficient

The installation of our replacement boiler was a difficult operation due to space restriction but the Viessmann engineer took it in his stride and did a fine job. Very pleased with the performance of our new Vitotdens100-
W boiler.
