Helpful Customer Services
Contacted Customer Services regarding delivery as some items were in stock, but others were waiting for stock to come in. Kate Grindley was really helpful and once the order had been confirmed, arranged a split delivery so that the in stock items could be sent out, while waiting for the stock of other item to come in, just in case the 'awaiting' stock items were delayed.

Joseph Leary dealt with the faulty tap problem efficiently and effectively. He really helped deal with a difficult problem I was facing since my plumber was arriving the next day to fit it.
