God help you if something goes wrong. As others have said, phone support no longer exists. So ‘live chat’ support is your only option.
I had one item arrive damaged. A replacement was promised and has never arrived. Apparently it has been delivered to someone, somewhere but I received no despatch information, no tracking, no proof of delivery and no replacement product. It takes days and days and days for customer service to respond by email and I still have no replacement for my damaged product.
I also had one item (a bath) delivered without the included installation pack. Getting the person manning ‘live chat’ to understand the issue was absolutely excruciating.
I was repeatedly asked to specify what parts were missing. Apparently “all of them” is not a sufficient response. I was asked to list every single item in the bath installation pack.
After providing a copy of the installation instructions which showed visual representations of all the parts that should have been included, I was still asked to list them.
I then had to point out the screaming obvious, that none of the parts are named in the installation instructions, so how am I supposed to list them.
The fact that you can spend hundreds if not thousands of pounds at Victorian Plumbing when doing a bathroom renovation, and this is the level of service you receive in return is absolutely diabolical.
Will I ever receive a replacement to my damaged product? Will I ever receive the missing bath installation pack?

Great customer service
The tiles are I ordered as amazing and exactly what I wanted however 1 of the boxes of tiles came damaged. Contacted customer services and spoke to Kate Grindley who was happy to help. She gave me the options and I opted for a refund. This was done straight away and hit my bank with the hour. Great customer service. Only down side is that the Saturday / next day delivery is expensive but paid it as I needed the tiles ASAP and you can't collect from anywhere
